Lovely, comfortable condo has everything you need...fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chests, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, etc...and a wonderful view of the sunset every night! (We couldn't get the TV in the living room to work...but we didn't care. We listened to the wonderful Hawaiian Cd's instead.) The condo is in a good location with a nice beach on either side of the complex. Duke's Restaurant is just 2 doors down. Parking at Whaler's Village (Kaanapali Beach) is $30.00! But if you eat at one of their restaurants, they will validate parking. A perfect vacation condo!
Manager response:
Aloha Debbie, Thank you so much for your kind words about our condo #504 at Maui Kai. I hope you also enjoyed our new lanai set with swivel chairs that allow you to have a totally clear view over the railing of the 180+ degree panorama of Molokai and Lanai sitting regally in the ocean expanse. Incidentally, the front room TV is a flatscreen only six months old. Because of its connection to Hawaiian cable and the DVR it's best to follow the explicit directions provided on a laminated sheet usually found on the coffee table or TV cabinet. If necessary, a quick call to our on-island contact will help. I'm glad you enjoyed Duke's-just a short walk down the beach and Whaler's Village for it's enjoyable restaurants as well (we always park free-even if you're only buying a small item at an ABC store-you'll be validated.) I hope you are able to return soon! Mahalo, Al and Lyn

Where to begin?? The condo booking and check-in was seamless, and the condo itself is lovely. Everything a person would need is already there, and you're steps from the best beach in Maui. We stopped at Costco on our way in and got essentials, which worked out great so that we could relax in the morning and have breakfast on the balcony in our PJs and have lunch snacks on the beach. Only ate out a couple times, Kimo's and Merriman's, and of course the Gazebo, otherwise, ate in. So great!! Ice was already in the freezer and we also received a wonderful gift basket with great Kona coffee and other Hawaii treats! So sweet! The bed is super comfortable and the beach chairs were the absolute best! The only thing I could think of to say even partially negative had nothing to do with the condo and everything to do with the 5:30am bird and rooster wake-up calls. Lol that's the beauty of vacation, I just rolled over and went back to sleep!!! Thank you annie and Claudio!! xoxo

This place is absolutely a must. This condo is right next to the ocean, conveniently located to daily grocery and organic (Vegan as well) place. Very quiet, parking was not difficult. Pool was clean and overall, I highly rate it. We had a toddler, and three of us enjoyed staying at this place.
We were able to watch those sea turtles all the time (in October). The balcony was just next to the ocean, the best place to have family lunch/dinner. If we ever come to Maui, this would be our place to stay.

We loved staying at this studio! The decor was very up to date and a gift basket was waiting for us when we arrived. When you walk out on the patio you can see the ocean. Just a few steps away is beautiful Napili beach. We walked to breakfast to the Seahouse and the Gazebo restaurants and we liked that we were farther away from the big resort areas. Very nice place but a little loud since you are on the bottom floor so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. A little noise is worth it for the really good price of this place! Such a deal!! We felt blessed and hope to visit again someday!
