Accessibility Information: This condo includes a Wheel-a-vator wheel chair lift from the sidewalk to the ground floor unit entry, as well as covered parking only a short barrier free roll from the unit. The marble master bath is completely wheelchair accessible with a roll-in double shower that includes a sitting bench. There are grab bars in the shower and at the toilet. Wood floors, furniture placement and wide doorways (except the small bedroom closet) are all ADA compliant.
