A great condo with an unbeatable view
We had a fantastic time at the Resort! The view was beautiful, the location was nice, and the Napili Bay was the most serene beach. The condo was perfect for what we needed; it supplied everything to make our stay enjoyable, although we couldn't find the ironing board. The best part was being able to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and open up all the windows to the beautiful view of the bay. The only odd thing in the condo is the lack of bathroom privacy since the walls don't extend to the ceiling. Otherwise, this place was perfect. We would definitely come back here again!
A little slice of heaven
What a great place! We absolutely loved our stay at Napili Bay. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and was decorated so beautifully. The sound of the ocean put us to sleep every night. I can't wait to get back to condo 107.
wow ! luxury on the best beach
I can truly say this condo is top notch, my husband and i just spent 9 nights here and can highly recommend it. It is even better than the pictures as they have added a new bed and couch. The kitchen and bathroom are beautifuly done, huge fridge, lots of pots and pans everything you need. Walk out onto the deck and you are a few feet from the water, the waves coming in are quite loud but this adds to your holliday experience. Checkin was easy and there was a Gift basket waiting there, with chocolates and coffee This was greatly appreciated after the trip over. There are good restaurants nearby, we ate at mamas ribs and chicken at the napili plaza. Good value , the terriaky chicken is the best. , The seahouse at the napili kai resort at the end of the beach was excellent. I thought the prices would be higher but they were reasonable and had great pupus and drink specials from 2 till 5. I had the bannana pancakes for breakfast it was so huge i had to take a picture of it and it was only 7.00 comes with macadamia nuts on top this was the best ive had and you didnt have to wait for an hour like at the gazebo restaurant. Snorkel bobs is one minute away and can supply your needs. I rented a rx mask and snorkel because i need glasses and what a difference. They also rent boogie board flippers for 2.00 a day. The weather is a little finicky in the napili area but when the sun is shinning you cannot rival the beauty of this area. The beach is a beautiful but filled with many people. There are turtles near the left side of beach most of the day , just look for the people pointing and taking pictures. We hope to come back next year to condo 107. The condo could use a cooler for beach days i hope they add that for our next trip.
Location, location, location!
My favorite place on the island is Napili Bay! Condo #107 was perfect in every way, beautifully appointed, clean and right on the beach.
A little piece of paradise
Napili Bay Resort is a hidden gem! I traveled here with my boyfriend and we spent a week enjoying excellent snorkeling, beautiful views, amazing sunsets and just overall relaxation. The condo itself is small, but perfect for 2 people. The location is the best part about it. I appreciated that we didn't have to leave the area for anything. We snorkeled, swam and body surfed right in front of our unit. There was a store and many restaurants within walking distance. I liked the proximity to Lahaina and other great snorkeling spots (Honolua Bay is a must do! We swam with 8 turtles without a person in sight!). We had a delicious and romantic dinner at Merriman's (walking distance). This condo definitely is beachfront, the waves are extremely loud at night, even with the windows shut my boyfriend had trouble sleeping. At times there will be families and noisy children on the beach pretty early in the morning, so don't expect to sleep in too late. This wasn't an issue for us, but Napili Bay gets a lot of visitors, so it's not exactly a quiet place (the beach, not the place itself- I thought the whole complex was very quiet and mellow). For the value of everything, we felt that we got an excellent deal. Booking, check-in and check-out were a breeze. All of the items in the condo are top quality (coffee maker, blender, pots/pans etc) and everything has been remodeled to reflect a lovely, modern, yet Hawaiian decor. I only wish that a beach umbrella was provided along with the great beach chairs. We ended up renting one from Snorkel Bob's for $15/week. Overall, our experience at the Napili Bay was just perfect. We met many folks who were returning to this area for their 9th or 10th time! We can't wait to come back!
Second time back at Room 107
We have enjoyed our stays very much at Napili. We love being able to sit outside and watch the ocean, or if we want to swim, to be able to step out onto the beach. If you're a golfer, Kapalua is in your backyard. We look forward to visiting again.
Amazing
The condo, the location, the views are amazing. Lots of turtles and whale spouts all day long. Hard to leave.
The condo exceeded our expectations
The condo was very clean and comfortable and my wife loved the kitchen cabinetry and bathroom layout so well, she took pictures to re-create it somewhat in our home. We are already thinking about our next trip to Maui and we will look to stay at the same condo again.
Napili 107
This was our third time staying in unit 107 and it's comfort and beauty always seem to amaze us. We could not imagine vacationing anywhere else! The views are SPECTACULAR!!!!!
sleeping in the surf
wonderful location very nicely renovated. swam with the turtles every morning and afternoon. two very small quibbles; there is no light on the veranda and access to the front door from the parking lot would be much improved with a path at the corner of the lot through that small patch of grass. we love the whole area and hope to visit again soon. Mahalo!
The best vacation of my life
This place is amazing! The remodel is gorgeous. The place is right on the beach; but raised above ground enough so that nobody can see in. All the appliances and dishes are the top of the line. The waves are loud, though, you really should have ear plugs. We will stay again. The last night we walked down the beach and ate at the restaurant right in the cove. Different perspective of the cove, even prettier, and beach walk to dinner..nothing greater. The food was good too.
Amazing Condo with a few Roaches
I stayed during July 19th - 26th. I absolutely loved the condo; the bed, the furniture, the kitchen, the view, the sound of the ocean, everything. Would definitely recommend staying there to other people. Only negative aspect was the 5th day of our stay we started seeing cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets(only ended up seeing 3 total, two full-sized ones and a smaller one). My wife and I are from Oregon and evidently we aren't psychologically accustomed to seeing bugs of such enormous, tropic-sized magnitude. Perhaps we're just wimps. Either way, it was a minor unpleasantry in an other wise fantastic vacation.
Perfect in every way!
This condo made our already wonderful trip in Hawaii perfect. Upon arrival, we found the condo to be exactly as pictured in the website photos. The owner left us a wonderful gift basket to congratulate us on our anniversary. The view was beautiful and the condo itself was very nicely appointed with top of the line kitchen appliances and amazing granite countertops. The beach at Napili Bay turned out to be one of our favorites on the island - soft and clean sand, protected from afternoon winds, and wonderful off-beach snorkeling. We loved this condo and it's beautiful beachfront views. We truly don't have anything negative to say. We can't wait to come back!

perfect anniversary
Napili Bay Resort Condo 107 provided a lovely vacation spot for my husband and I to spend our 1 year anniversary. Check in was so easy we didn't even need to track anyone down, the instructions given were simple. The studio condo size was just right for the two of us. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach: chairs and boogie boards for the beach, and towels. There is also a grilling area on the premises. Entire condo looked newly remodeled, with nice taste in design. Bed was comfortable and it was very easy to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean waves. Though we were on the first floor privacy was not a problem, since the first floor lanais are raised at about 4 to 5 feet above ground. Views of the beautiful water about 50 ft away from us on the lanai were amazing. The beach was nice too, we saw alot of marine life while snorkeling throughout the day right in front of our condo. The location was nice also because of it being away from the high rises. Yet still a very short walk to a few restaurants and a short 15 minute drive to the town of Lahaina. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we can't wait to visit again! It was so relaxing.
Really ON the beach
This lower level condo had top of the line furnishings and appliances, and incredible views & sunsets! The surf was so loud we couldn't watch TV! Too bad! We came for the beach, and got what we wanted. Even though it was spring break, no wild parties disturbed our sleep. During the day the beach is fairly crowded and noisy. Not secluded or private, it was still a nice stay in a great neighborhood 15 min. from Lahaina.
Great condo
This is a wonderful condo. It was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Comfortable in every way. The kitchen well-supplied. We absolutely loved it. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is heaven on Earth. No problem with noise or any other problems.
Just What We Needed
This was a marvellous, albeit small, condo/studio right on the beach. Napili Bay is wonderful, it was like a family seaside place...no posers, just families, couples, everybody relaxed, chillin'. The suite itself was, as mentioned, very small, and I'm unsure how honeymooners have enjoyed the place given that there is NO privacy (no windows, and you can hear everything going on in every suite!). I enjoyed so many walks along Kapalua Coastal Trail, and "The Village" walk, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again, for location, for comfort, for convenience. It was great.

Napili Resort Condos is the place that everyone dreams about when dreaming of vacationing in Hawaii. You wake up to a cool breeze, the aroma of the ocean filling your head as you arise to look out to a perfect sandy beach not a stone's throw away from your bed. What do you want to do today? Go swimming or snorkeling out your back door? Go surfing down the Maui coast? Maybe go conquer Haleakala Crater? Or maybe just chill all day sippin' a cold one by the beach. Cause guess what, it's Maui, and you're on vacation. With an amazingly serene location, Napili Bay Resort Condos offers superior privacy, cleanliness and quality. This condo offered us the freedom that we were hoping for on our honeymoon- the opportunity to come and go as we please, cook what we wanted in our own private kitchen, and be on the shore the entire time.
Unbelievable condo
This was the most wonderful condo. So quaint and furnished with so much thought. They thought of it all. Newly decorated , very clean, and just a wonderful location. Thank-you for sharing this wonderful place with us. We will be back and hopefully we can rent the same place.
Awesome place
I stayed here with my adult daughter and we both loved it. The condo is located right on the beach, so the view is gorgeous. Having a balcony was wonderful. We sat out there regularly. There is no direct access to the beach from the balcony which made us feel very safe. Access on either end of the building was very convenient. I had been concerned that it would be hot or noisy with there only being screens & blinds on the windows, but that was not the case at all. It was great hearing the waves on the beach. There is a grocery store up the street and the kitchen was fully stocked for preparing food. Being right on the beach we ran back and forth for meals, snacks & drinks. It could not have been more convenient. There were boogie boards, beach chairs & towels. The condo was very cozy and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, low-key place to stay.
Not worth the risk-go elsewhere
Right on a beautiful beach with great snorkeling, how could anyone possibly screw this up? Well, have rude, disrespetful, and unaccountable management/owners. When we found a huge cockroach nest in our kitchen cabinets and coffee pots; management was nowhere to found. Call the phone # on the office door- too bad, wrong person- call someone else- the number is in the book someplace-get their voicemail-no response ever. But when its time to leave and your scramling to go but 15 minutes late, now they (Andrea?? owner of an adjacent condo)shows up to push you out the door, verbally chastising us along the way as if we were squatting. She even blamed us for not calling the "right" Managers # when dealing with the cockroaches. This treatment to "guests" paying a lot of money, coming during a major recession where the place was half empty, is mindboggling. Your vacation is too valuable to risk staying here. If something goes wrong (and it will at some point), your completly on your own and you may even get yelled at. There are plenty of other nice affordable places in Napili to stay. We didn't even initially mind a run-in with cockroaches-this is the tropics, but we would expect someone will help get rid of a huge nest or at least return our call. Despite the great beach, we won't ever stay at this place again. They don't deserve your business, stay someplace they will treat you with some respect.
