The townhouse section of the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club Resort was built in the 1970s - when the construction permits didn't require resorts to be set back from the ocean as they are today. This two story, 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury townhouse faces west with western views of the Pacific Ocean and sunset views year round from the lanai, kitchen, living room and master bedroom.
