The view is killer - we saw some great sunsets from the lanai and there is a kind of 'blowhole' in the lava rock that is neat too. We fixed grilled fish on the BBQ a couple of nights and ate on the lanai. The Keauhou shopping center is just a short distance. The Thai food place there is great too.

The lanai was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets.
The condo is near a great snorkeling beach, and fairly close to shopping.
