Policies:

Rates valid through the end of 2009
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.41%).
Rates are for up to four persons. With more than 4 guests, there is a $20 per person per night charge.
A $250 security deposit is required for all stays
All stays have a cleaning fee of $100.00 for unit 204, $130.00 for unit 305 and $150.00 for unit 403. For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required but we do make exceptions.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests for unit 204, 6 guests for unit 305 and 8 guests for unit 403. With more than four guests there is an additional fee of $20 per person per day.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
All units are non-smoqueen and no pets are allowed.
