A $250 security deposit is required for all stays
All stays have a cleaning fee of $100.00 for units 6304 and 12304, $125.00 for unit 10304, $145.00 for unit 10201, $150.00 for unit 2204, $170.00 for unit 7106, and $180.00 for unit 2203. For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
Air Conditioning Usage Fee of $15 per day is required for unit 7106, 10304 with all reservations from June 1st through October 31st. Units 2203, 2204, 6304, 10201, 12304 do not have air conditioning.
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests for units 6304, 12304, and six guests in units 2203, 10201, 10304, and eight guests for unit 7106. With more than 4 guests, there is a $15 per person per night charge for all units, except unit 2203 where there is a $30 per night charge for more than 4 guests.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
All units are non-smoking/no pets allowed.
