We stayed for 7 nights in Nov and had a great time. It was our first time in Hawaii, and we weren't sure what to expect, but we loved it. The apartment, although a bit dated, is huge! Although only 2 of us, it was great having the room to spread out. The condo is super close to one of the two pools in the resort (the 'quiet' pool) and we never had a problem getting a sun lounger whilst we were there - although I imagine it may get really packed during holidays. The condo had beach towels, chairs, boogie boards etc, which was fantastic as we didn't have to buy anything. It is less than...

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo is very well equiped with everything one would need. It is very large and spacious. The balcony was glorious with great views of the ocean where we could enjoy our morning coffee and our evening nightcaps! The reservation went very smooth from begining to end. It was great having the pool nice and close. We would have no hesitation on renting here again.

Very clean and bright condo, with plenty of room for the two of us. The lanai that runs across the back was huge with a lovely ocean view and I wish we had had more time to relax on it. It's about five or six miles into town so we rented a car, and there was ample parking at the condo. Would recommend to a friend, and if we come back, I'd look to stay here again.

Everything you want, in this very well appointed condo, they really have thought of everything. It is immaculate. With views to die for. With a supermarket a short stroll we stocked up our fridge with great salads and snacks. After walking around the golf course and dramatic coastline, we would return to the balcony (the biggest I have ever had for a condo) and gaze at the sea whilst enjoying a healthy breakfast. Sunbathing on the very private balcony, and taking a dip in the pool which is just below the condo and is very quiet, with sun beds. In the evenings a BBQ on the balcony. Or a shor...

We were impressed at how clean this condo is. It is very spacious and was fully loaded. We didn't need to buy any supplies because this place had it all. We were greeted with a nice basket of goodies. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The bathroom was so spacious and modernized that my ten year old said it was one thing she would miss about the place. To me having a nice bathroom at my vacation lodging is very important. My husband and I couldn't be more impressed. The condo pool was clean. I liked that it had free wifi and it had 2 fitness gyms I could use. One had a ...

I loved the condo and really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. The pool was right below the suite so I spent a lot of time there. After the initial chaos at check in (there was no one at the gate to give direction and the porch light was not left on so it was impossible to punch in the key code in order to get the keys), any problems or issues were dealt with very quickly. The condo was very large and comfortable and friends that were staying elsewhere were very envious of my lodgings. I was frightened by a very large cockroach in the kitchen but we made a gentleman's agreemen...

We have visited the Big Island many times and have honed in on the Kona Coast Resort as our favorite place to stay. For the two of us, unit 1-304 is just right. It is up high enough to catch pleasant breezes and great views over the ocean. There is occasional street noise from alii Drive, but we never find it a problem. Both the resort grounds and condo are very well managed with plenty of amenities. We particularly like the location -- it's an easy drive to the restaurants and shopping in Kailua-Kona, and a very pleasant walk over to the harbor at Keauhou Bay (we stroll over in the mor...

We just had a fabulous vacation in this condo. It is really well situated within the resort and close to all ameninies. The unit itself is really spacious and clean as well as having a fabulous view deck. Jeanette and Pete were especially pleasant to deal with and we are certainly going back. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this unit.

Highly recommend! Very convenient location to stores and attractions. Owners great to work with. They are very organized and were kind enough to mail back to me a small item that I left in the condo. Condo unit is located above a "quiet" pool. Noise was not a problem for us. My favorite part was the expansive ocean view at sunset.

If your looking for a great condo to call home for a week or two you can't beat it for location, view, and price. Very comfortable and well equipped (albeit a little dated). The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time both in and out of the condo. The lanai is fabulous and with your own bbq its fantastic if you want to grill a fresh piece of Ono for dinner!! Jeanette and Pete are wonderful people and were extremely accomodating to some of our requestes and questions that we had. Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat!

This condo has a spectacular ocean view that you normally would have to pay lots of $$$ for. This is my third trip to Kona and I am glad to have stayed here. My previous trips costed me much more $ from staying at the hotels without this much of comforts. This condo has everything I need to make my vacation a great one: quiet location, close to shoppings and highway, minutes from my favorite snorkeling beach, full-equipted kitchen so I saved a lot of $ from not eating out, boards for boogie boarding, beach chairs and umbrella, internet access, and mostly the big space that my son can roam a...

The unit has a breeze coming through and we had the porch sliders open and to sleep every night with a cool natural breeze was great. Location is good and you could get to Kona town in a few minutes.
