Overlooks the 16th fairway of the Ocean Course at Kona Country Club.
Our screened in lanai is the only one in the complex, it is 12'x6' and has two comfortable wicker chairs with cushions. On the other side of the screened in lanai, is an open lanai that looks out over the 16th fairway of Kona Country Club. This lanai has a table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure. A communal barbecue is available between our building and the next.
Welcome to our condo! To the right of the entry way is a counter with storage underneath that currently hold beach mats for our guests to use.
The living room/dining room combination (15'x28') has a sofa bed, love seat, recliner, flat screen TV with DVD player, Bose stereo system with CD player. The living room leads to the open lanai with sliding glass doors and screens.
The dining room portion has a table that seats 6, hutch and a buffet style counter for easy access from the kitchen. This leads to the screened in lanai.
The large galley kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, flat top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and is fully equiped.
Our unit has one large bedroom (14'x14') with a California king size bed, flat screen TV and a large closet. The bedroom cools down nicely in the evening with the windows open and the use of the ceiling fan. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee and is accessed by a remote control.
The bathroom (14'x9') has a walk-in tiled shower, tub and a double sink vanity.
A full size washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area behind bi-fold doors.
Building 5 is the quietest location in the Resort and our condo is the only one in the resort that has an open air and screened in lanai. Our condo is located in the Keauhou Gardens section of the prestigious Kona Coast Resort, a Five Star Gold Crown Resort, which is approximately four miles south of downtown Kailua-Kona. Across the street from the Resort is the Keauhou Shopping Center, which has a grocery store, drug store, post office, movie theater, restaurants, service station and more.

I stayed here for my daughter's wedding and found this unit to be wonderfully maintained and stocked with everthing I could possibly need. All appliances were in great shape, as were the crockery, glasses and utensils. The unit is beautifully furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. Mornings on the lanai were heaven! Sunny, peaceful and comfortable. Although the unit came with air conditioning, it was not necessary. The unit gets a great breeze when the front door and windows are open. You have a lovely home and I thank you for sharing it with me!

This condo was immaculate and supplied with everything, including a full size washer and dryer, that one could possibly want. It was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, The only drawback was the dim lighting.

This condo was well placed and very comfortable. The decor was attractive, the furniture comfortable, and the facilities great. It was quiet, peaceful and well placed between the pool and restaurant. The lanai looked out on to the golf course which was lovely. We especially enjoyed the "quiet" pool where children were off limits and you could relax and cool off knowing that an exuberant child or teen was not going to jump in on top of you. This was a "home from home"

I couldn't believe how awesome this place was! It's a little resort that has a pool (actually has several pools, including an adult pool) with a bar that serves food and drinks poolside. It's not in the pool, but on the side with a rail, so you can kick back and watch your family splash about while you sip on a piña colada. You can even rent chairs and boogie boards for the beach! There was a sweet hula event with the local elementary school on the property with light refreshments which was a nice surprise. The condo is located right across the street (literally!) from KTa Supermarket a...

What a beautiful place you have! Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We were there to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful week and place to stay. Kona Coast Resort definitely has the aloha spirit. The grounds are well manicured and clean. Directions you gave for driving and check-in made things go so smoothly for us. The place was so nice, clean, plenty of room, modern, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Breakfast on the lanai every morning. Loved the walks on the golf course out to the blow holes. We love those Tommy Bahama beach chairs and the ...

The condo is big, nicely maintained, and very well stocked. The resort itself is very quiet at night. The unit seems to be quite sound proof because we didn't hear anything from the units beside or above us. The resort has cheap gear rental. It's not right on the water. But it's only one third of a mile to Kahaluu Beach Park. The resort staff are very friendly.

This is a very nice condo and is well equipped for your visit. Just bring a bathing suit because everything else is there. Nice and quiet, pleasant golf course view, two lanais (one screened in) and lots of room. Kona Coast Resort is a 5 star facility and this condo is one of the few that is privately owned. The owner is pleasant, accomodating, and very efficient with reservation, checkin/checkout and followup info. We have stayed at Kona Coast for 19 yrs and have spent many weeks in lots of the other condos. Other than not being able to watch the sunset, this is one of the nicest.

It was comfortable and spacious and very 'homely' - we felt like we were staying at a friends place! Everything we needed was there and in excellent condition, most importantly it was very clean.

Our host provided directions for everything and access codes, so we were able to walk right in straight from the airport...no checking in or out! The condo was clean, roomy and offered plenty of cross ventilation. They even had a gift basket waiting for us.

Space, that's what this condo is about. This condo was luxurious, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was very well equipped. It has two patios, with a great ground level view of the golf course green. I found the entire condo spacious and beautifully decorated. There was a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. There were instructions for almost everything. The WiFi took a little doing to get connected to, but once done it worked fine. The parking was sometimes a challenge in that you cannot park in the garage, nor in front of it. Sometimes I had to walk ...

We always bring our daughter and our granddaughter from the mainland to Hawaii, where we live, every year. And we always drive over to Kona for a mini-vacation so our granddaughter can get her fill of swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and boogie-boarding. We usually stay in an ocean-front unit but this time, in order to save some money, stayed in this unit at the Kona Coast Resort. We didn't have a view of the ocean from our lanai but it didn't matter. The swimming pool with its great casual restaurant and bar was a block away, the shopping center was a block from the resort, Kailua's best...
