You'd be hard pressed to find a better view at the Kona Coast Resort in Kailua-Kona than you'll get from the lanai of unit 10304. Year-round you can watch the charter fishing boats as come and go from Keauhou Bay and the Kailua-Kona Pier and sometimes you can even see them catching large fish just off shore. In the winter months (Jan - Mar) you'll sometimes see whales playing less than 50 yards from shore. At any time of the year, weather permitting, you can watch the sun setting into the deep blue Pacific Ocean and on clear evenings you might even catch a green flash just after the sun dips below the horizon of the ocean.

The pass through to the bathroom and vanity also has a sitting area. The large vanity area has dual sinks and a great view toward the Kailua-Kona Pier. There is lots of closet space and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower with sitting area.
