Condo View
You'd be hard pressed to find a better view at the Kona Coast Resort in Kailua-Kona than you'll get from the lanai of unit 10304. Year-round you can watch the charter fishing boats as come and go from Keauhou Bay and the Kailua-Kona Pier and sometimes you can even see them catching large fish just off shore. In the winter months (Jan - Mar) you'll sometimes see whales playing less than 50 yards from shore. At any time of the year, weather permitting, you can watch the sun setting into the deep blue Pacific Ocean and on clear evenings you might even catch a green flash just after the sun dips below the horizon of the ocean.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen of unit 10304 at the Kona Coast Resort has been recently remodeled (2001) with new tile floors and countertops, appliances and sink. There is an ocean view through the large passthrough to the dining room and lots of cabinets for storage. Open and bright with servings for eight, you'll feel right at home serving up great meals to enjoy while watching a colorful sunset over dinner.
