A perfect place for the vacation
A overwhelming friendliness from the community residents and the site manager. The home J3 was clean and one of the more well placed homes regarding ocean view and access to pool area. It is quiet and everything is easy to use right away. Best recommendations.
What a Great Time!
I have been to Kona many times and choose to return to Na Hale O Keauhou for many reasons - location and price being the main ones. I have 3 kids and the comfort of a condo with the full kitchen and washer/dryer are priceless! Pack light and enjoy the vacation. The owners of this unit J-3 were very accomodating and the whole process was very easy. The unit is well-appointed and we enjoyed the gas BBQ on the patio. Very close to the beach, golf course and supermarket. Decent pool and workout gym. We plan on returning!
Nice location but several maintenance and cleanliness issues
The condo was in a very nice location, close to shopping and a very good snorkel beach. However, the condo was in pretty poor condition when we arrived. First, the condo was overrun with sugar ants due to a container of sugar left on the counter. Even after Terminex came we still had a significant amount of ants throughout the condo. Also, the sliding glass door latch in the living room was broken and would never lock and one side of the blinds on the sliding glass door was broken. The vents and fans were covered in a thick layer of dust so bad that we couldn't keep them on because of all the dust that filled the room. In addition, the refrigerator door handle came off, which we fixed, and the upstairs master bedroom toilet was broken when we arrived, which we also fixed. The toilet in the second bathroom upstairs also constantly ran throughout our stay.

I had a very good time ! The unit j-3, everything is clean and　comfortable. Pool is very close. So I could enjoy all the day until the night! Especially,　I want to say thank you to the site manager. I am a Japanese, so my English is poor. But he helped us all the time! I will go back to this wonderful condo nest year! Thank you(^^♪
