Policies

Air Conditioning is optional and you may choose to deselect it; however we strongly recommend that you include it in any reservation between June 1 and October 31.

A $250 security deposit is required with this reservation and we may process a credit card authorization in that amount prior to your arrival.  A charge may result for damage to the condo or contents, missing contents, excessive cleaning required after checkout or for exceeding the maximum number of overnight guests. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the property and doing so will result in full loss of security deposit.

No pets of any kind are allowed. 

Check-in time is 3 PM and checkout time is 11 AM.  Please be certain to plan your arrival and departures days accordingly.

The reservation deposit is nonrefundable; however if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the full reservation deposit may be applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability).

Cancellation made within 30 days of the check-in date results in loss of all payments.

The Na Hale O Keauhou homes were a perfect choice for our vacation. They afforded excellent access to Kailuna Kona and all it has to offer, and the nearby shopping center was a big plus. We saw (and enjoyed!) the entirety of The Big Island, but it was an enormous comfort to return to unit B-1 at the end of every day.

Perfect Condo in Kona

We often stay across the street at Kona Coast Resorts with our time share. When our daughter and her family joined us, we wanted more space. This Townhome definitely fit the bill. This place is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are large. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in if you want. This is our 3rd stay in a privately owned condo and this place is the best. You pay extra for air conditioning, but it was worth it. The air conditioner works well even in the upstairs bedrooms. The view from the downstairs patio is lovely. We enjoyed breakfasts outside every day. One thing we loved was that the refrigerator was loaded with condiments from prior renters so we didn't have to buy a whole lot of supplies and we felt good about leaving stuff knowing it would be used by the next folks. We found everything from shampoos and sunscreen to coffee creamer and spices. Unlike other places we've stayed, this place was quiet. I don't think I have ever slept so well. I was concerned that the downstairs bedroom and master bedroom are near the parking area. This was not an issue at all. We also found boogie boards and snorkel equipment along with beach chairs and an umbrella to use in the garage. We will definitely return to this place.

We stayed at this condo with 2 other couples - our 2nd year. The layout is great; and it is well kept up. It is in a gated community with a nice private pool area that also has a workout area and a community barbecue. We are hoping to stay there again next year!
