Nice location but several maintenance and cleanliness issues

First, the condo was overrun with sugar ants due to a container of sugar left on the counter. Even after Terminex came we still had a significant amount of ants throughout the condo. Also, the sliding glass door latch in the living room was broken and would never lock and one side of the blinds on the sliding glass door was broken. The vents and fans were covered in a thick layer of dust so bad that we couldn't keep them on because of all the dust that filled the room. In addition, the refrigerator door handle came off, which we fixed, and the upstairs master bedroom toilet was broken when we arrived, which we also fixed. The toilet in the second bathroom upstairs also constantly ran throughout our stay.
