“ I was vacationing in Kona using another one of Aloha Condos when the Na Hale O Keauhou condos were being built. They were advertised as luxury condos, and were sold for a high price. I never thought that I would ever have a chance of owning one of these, much less stay in one. I was surprised that they were listed for rent on the Aloha Condo's site when I visited the Big Island again a few years later. The daily rates were so low, I was able to rent this 2 bedroom unit even though I only needed a one bedroom. I can imagine how low it would be if I shared the cost of the condo with another couple. The condo is fully furnished and very comfortable. There's plenty of room to roam and lounge around. There's a great view of the ocean from both the first floor and second floor balcony/lanai. The kitchen comes complete with anything you would need if you decide to cook when staying here. The bedrooms are both roomy and comfortable, and each has an attached full bathroom. The Master bath is everything you ever wanted in a bath with two separate sinks, a shower and a separate bath tub. Each bathroom is also complete with all the soap you need, AND new tubes of toothpaste and toothbrushes. They do go the extra mile to make your vacation care free. I can't see myself staying anywhere else on my next vacation to The Big Island. ”

“ We had a great experience in B-2. Everything we could think of that we needed was there. For example, the kitchen was well-equipped (all the pots and pans we needed, utensils, rice cooker, coffee maker AND coffee grinder, even Splenda packets), the laundry area included mesh bags for fine washables, and a hamper, there were plenty of hangers in all the closets, enough towels - both for bathing and the beach. In the garage were supplies for snorkeling and the beach. I definitely appreciated the ease of making reservations and obtaining access to the condo. The only issue we had was that the a/c was still locked when we arrived, but the onsite contact came within an hour to get that unlocked and turned on for us. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you! ”

“ Na Hale O Keauhou Townhome B-2 was a great place to stay.It is very close to shopping,dining,markets and the ocean.The condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.The bed and bedding was very good quality.The extra's like brochures of the area,cooler,movies were a nice idea.The only complaint we had was the traffic noise. ”

“ This unit was another beautiful retreat! It is beautifully decorated and well equipped but comfortable and inviting. Only a trip for groceries is needed because everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen. There's lots of Dvd's and Cd's for quiet evenings. We enjoyed many sunsets from the lanai. There is some traffic noise from Alii Drive but it is not a problem for sleeping at night. We would highly recommend this property if you're looking for some pampering along with practicality! ”

“ My family and I had a great stay at this condo. It was gorgeous and extremely clean. The furniture was comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen so that we could prepare meals. It was big enough for our family to spread out and relax. The kids enjoyed using the pool. We loved sitting out on the decks and enjoying the ocean views. The location was very convenient and the shopping center right up the hill had everything we needed, including some good restaurants. Very nice owners!!! ”

“ Great modern townhouse, very private, wonderful views and excellent decor & furnishings. We felt very at home here in the spacious 2 bedroom townhouse. Master bedroom is very large and 2nd bedroom nice but a little dull in comparison, however it has ensuite. Community pool is great, laundry in unit is a plus. Gorgeous Kitchen, granite countertops and fully equipped- even plastic wrap & foil! Would definitely stay here again. ”

“ We were really pleased with the size, quality and location of this condo. As soon as we walked in the door we knew we were in someplace special. To top it off, this was the least expensive condo we had stayed in on any of the 4 Islands we have visited, and was by far the most completely equipped and comfortable unit we'd ever seen. This was the first time we had travelled with another couple, and there was plenty of room and amenities for all of us. The location was quiet and convenient to shopping, beaches and access to all the things we wanted to see. The facilities in the complex were clean and well looked after. We really couldn't ask for more, and we look forward to going back sometime soon. ”

“ Over all experience was fantastic, gated complex quite and relaxing. The pool and common area are great. The condo unit was beautiful and everything you could want is there right down to the Martini shaker. We have stayed on the Big Island over 30 times and this is by far one of the best locations and complex around.The only down fall of this unit B2 is that there was no BBQ on the actual Lani the run down to the common area BBQ is just a bit of a hassle if your BBQ-ING all the time. “ This is what I told a friend about this property: The place is even better than the website pictures show it to be. The condo is only a few years old and the furniture is extremely nice. The owner was very helpful and communicative over the phone and email and the whole thing went very smooth. No hidden charges afterwards either. The view was spectacular, the beach on the other side of the street, and shopping was walking distance. I liked it better because it was not too close to the city center were louder people stayed, but not too far that you felt isolated. Couple of blocks away from the best upper class resorts on the big island. The grass was golfing quality, and the gated community was excellently kept. Flat panel cable TV in every room, attached garage (we parked our car in the garage which was very helpful with the boys, although now the website says for storing personal stuff only, may want to ask about that, although outside parking is right in front of the condo anyway) , I can go on and on. The website has other communities on the big island and some properties on Maui and elsewhere. I have not tried those, but if they are anything like this community, then you can't go wrong. Surprisingly, the prices were among the cheapest. The deal that we got, which was $125 a night, with 7th night free, beat anything out there, including the single hotel rooms they had available in cheap resorts. We didn't even use the second bedroom, although I let the boys ransack it just for fun :) ”

“ Absolutely beautiful condo! The beds were so comfortable. It is spacious. The condo was furnished perfectly - my husband loved the spice rack in the gourmet kitchen so much that he found the same one online to purchase. The location was convenient, and we got a great tradewind blowing through by opening up all the windows upstairs and down. We did not have to use the a/c at all. We visited the pool every day and it had a wading pool for our toddler. We ate breakfast every morning on the lanai and the full-time residents were so friendly. I would recommend it highly - we have tried other properties, on the ocean, and they were noisy due to motorists on Ali'i Drive, and the parking is tight. We will be going back to this condo definitely. It was serene and relaxing. ”
