Aloha Condos Policies

 

Deposit and Payment

  • A Non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation
  • Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the checkin date.
  • A security deposit of $250 is also required and will be authorized on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo, missing contents, keys, or for exceeding the number of allowed overnight guests. CALL THE LOCAL CONTACT IMMEDIATELY IF THERE ARE ANY ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGES TO THE CONDO OR INVENTORY DURING YOUR STAY. 808-927-9912

 

Cancellations

  • Reservation deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the checkin date can have the deposit applied to a stay at the same Aloha Condos property within one year of the original checkin date.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to checkin will forfeit all deposits
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to checkin will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments

 

Cleaning Fees

  • All stays have a checkout cleaning fee of $135. Stays of more than 12 days have additional mandatory interim cleaning fees of $135. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 14 days, there would be one interim cleaning 1/2 through your stay, as well as the checkout cleaning after you checkout.

 

Checkin and Checkout Times

  • Checkin time is 3pm or after. As we often have guests departing the day you arrive we cannot allow early checkin or storage of luggage before 3pm on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made. ( Please use the Early Check in Feature at the time of booking)
  • Checkout time is 11am. As we often have guests arriving the day you depart we cannot allow late checkout or storage of luggage before 3pm on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made. ( Please use the Late Check out Feature at the time of booking)

General Policies

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the condo lanai
  • No pets of any kind are allowed in the condo or on the condo lanai.
  • We allow a maximum of 4 overnight guests in the condo
  • Please do not feed the birds from the lanai.
  • Bath towels are not allowed to be taken out of the unit.  Please use beach towels provided.
  • Potential Extra Fees upon check-out --Replacement cost for any missing/broken/damaged items of if any Extra cleaning is required.

Great price, great location! Just as the ad states, very spacious and very comfortable. I loved the kitchen and felt like I was at home immediately. 10 minute walk to Hawaiian Hilton Village and Waikiki Beach. Easy Access parking and 15 minute walk to Ala Moana Mall. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but within walking distance and we found it. The location was perfect - 5 min walk to Dukes Lagoon and 15 min walk to Ala Moana Park. The beaches here were less crowded and we were able to see some filming of Hawaii 5-0 in the Park. The condo is very clean and offered us a place to rest after the beach. The view of the Marina and the ocean was great every morning. The kitchen was a bonus as it saved us from eating out at McD's for breakfast and lunch :). Starbucks was only a few blocks away at the Hilton and Foodland was only a 20 min walk - located inside Ala Moana Mall. We loved the keyless entry!!! Didn't have to worry about losing the key at the beach. There is laundry facilities in the building which was great as we were able to pack light. We would stay here again!

Perfect for a working trip

Condo unit is the perfect size for two or three. While we are just a mom and daughter in "team", we came to work but the condo allowed us to relax. Upon entry, we were greeted with a cool, clean condo. Pulled back the blinds of the condo and were wowed with the marina view. The photos do not do the place justice. You just have to be there. Check in is easy, with electronic keys - I didn't have to worry about carrying a card key everything was remotely secure. Everything we needed to prepare breakfast or a midnight snack was there. The nearest, most convenient grocer was in Foodland in the Ala Moana shopping center. If you have a car, its 5 minutes, if you walk, or caught the bus - it's a quick ride away. Regardless, there are tons of dining options in the building, or peruse the internet in the unit to seek out the available dining in the area. We didn't have a problem contacting the leasing agent if we needed anything. They were extremely helpful with everything down to directions and information. I would hope in the future that the property owner would upgrade the mattress in the unit. We all have to sleep at night and during vacations, a comfy mattress does make for a luxurious experience. I dont care if you are alone, after a full day of work or walking on a beach it is nice to slip into a pillow top comfy mattress (at the very bare minimum) and not a thin mattress. Not a show stopper, I would still stay here again. Parking could get a little difficult, but I would suggest parking on Level C or D so you can walk right in to the 3rd floor.

The bus service is right there if needed and the views are pretty spectacular right from the lanai! We know that the mattresses in each unit can be very specific to individual taste but we will mention that to the homeowner as a possible upgrade for the future.
