The Ilikai is located on the north end of Waikiki Beach, directly in front of the Ala Wai small boat harbor. You can see Waikiki Beach and the Hilton beach and lagoon from your lanai. Walk down the Ilikai ramp and you are at the ocean! Take a morning jog or a sunset stroll on the beach walk. Ala Moana Park, a local favorite, is less than a 10-minute walk away. Parking is available at the Ilikai. However, we recommend that you take a shuttle from the airport which will drop you off right in front of the Ilikai. Everything is within walking distance: Beaches, restaurants, fast food eateries, shopping centers, grocery stores, ATM's, banks, and much more. The bus stop is at the corner and cabs are always in front of the hotel. Car rentals are available across the street when you are ready to take a drive around the island. Aloha!

The pillows are terrible, you need to replace them. The lamp on the side closest to bathroom, constantly flickers. There are no night tables so awkward for wanting to put things down. The futon sofa kept coming off its hinge. So, there were definately glitches but overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation. The Tv problem was fixed very quickly and i appreciated that!

We had a wonderful time at the Ilikai Condo 828. We enjoyed the great access to the beach and the wonderful views from our lanai. We got lucky in that we got to enjoy the fireworks from our lanai not only on the scheduled Friday when we got takeout and sat on the lanai for dinner with a bottle of wine, but we got an extra unscheduled fireworks show on Thurs. due to the Pro bowl party! The concierge of the hotel was very helpful in setting us up for snorkeling events and whale watching. We enjoyed the Hawaiin music in the lobby on Fri and Sat night. We rented condo 828 for holiday "staycation" We live on Oahu but wanted a easy, fun place to stay for the holidays. From the very beginning the check in and out could not have been easier. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the food we had brought and the accommodations were very comfortable. The view was amazing. It was almost like staying at home but with the amenities and location of a great hotel! We will be renting again!

This was the second time we have stayed at this condo in the last two years. It is only the size of a hotel room, but was fine for us. More than two people would be crowded. Condo was neat and clean, dishes and appliances were adequate. Love the location, close to the ocean.

We stayed at llikai condo 828 for our 25th year anniversary. The view from this condo was awesome. The location was perfect. It was easily accessible and within walking distance to the heart of Waikiki and close to the shopping mall. Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Nearly everything was provided; the only thing missing was a laundry basket. Nevertheless, thank you Kat for arranging all of this for us. We would highly recommend this condo to others who would like to visit Honolulu.

My daughter and I spent 3 nights in this lovely condo. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue I had was the hot water faucet for the bathroom sink needs to be adjusted. It was so hard to turn that I felt it was going to break off. Not a big deal...should be a easy fix. Would recommend this condo for sure!

Everything was nice, check in and check out was hassle free, the condo itself was neat & clean and in a great location. We could not have asked for anything more. I look forward to coming back and staying here in the future.

The instructions to access the condo were exact and we gained access without any difficulty. Everything we needed was there-plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery. iron, hair dryer etc. The view of the lagoon and ocean from the balcony was a bonus and great spot to watch the whales and just a pleasant stroll to the main Waikiki Beach. Great eating locally and the Ilikai is a major bus stop for pickups and drop-offs.

This is our 3rd stay at the Ilikai because we like the location and large nature of the rooms and balcony. This apartment has all inclusions and everything works well. The only criticism is the fold down bed which has limitations regarding comfort. A standard king would be better. Otherwise great time had and far superior to a hotel room.

The hotel condo 828 we stayed in had a good floor plan, view, and was clean. It is just perfect for a couple who wants a short comfortable stay. The internet access was great as the log-in instructions were very straightforward. Its surroundings and location is ideal with easy access to shops and restaurants. The one negative was a beeping sound coming from around the fridge area on the last 2 days of our stay. The condo was good value for the price and was fully equipped. You had a nice view from the balcony and in the evenings you could even see the performances at the Hilton Village. It is next to the elevator, but I had no problems with it, it was quiet. The TV was a bit complicated to operate (I am a bit technically challenged and there were different rules for all 3 remotes). also the aircon is very strong and I had no way of turning it off. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was exactly as it was presented. The Ilikai is very nice and close enough to the Hilton that we were able to cut through the street to get to all the shops. The only things I could ask for would be a softer mattress and we missed having a tub to bathe our 2 year old, but we made due with the shower. Also, the walk to the beach takes a bit longer than was presented, but we found that for the price we paid, you really couldn't ask for more! Thank you so much for sharing your condo!
