Deposit and Payment

  • Deposits
    • A Non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation
    • A security deposit of $250 is also required and will be authorized (authorization only) on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo, missing contents, keys, or for exceeding the maximum number of allowed overnight guests. Any damages that total more than $250 will be itemized and settled separately.
  • Payment: Full payment of the rental-balance-due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.



  • Reservation deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancelations deposits:
    • 60 days or more: cancelations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date may have the deposit applied to a stay within one year of the original check-in date at the same Aloha Condos property.
    • Less than 60 days:cancelations made less than 60 days prior to check-in will forfeit all deposits
    • Less than 30 days:  cancelations made less than 30 days prior to checkin will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.


Cleaning Fees

  • All stays have a check-out cleaning fee of $135. 
  • Stays of more than 10 days have additional mandatory interim cleaning fees of $135. For example, if you reserved the condo for 28 days, there would be two interim cleanings during your stay. One on the 10th day and one on the 20th day, as well as the check-out cleaning upon departure.
  • Potential extra fee: There is a $25/hour charge for excessive cleaning beyond the standard check-out cleaning.


Check in and Check out Times

  • Check in time is 3 p.m. or after: no early exceptions
    • As we often have guests departing the day you arrive, we cannot allow early check-in or storage of luggage in the room before 3pm on the day of arrival. 
  • Check out time is 11 a.m. or earlier: no late exceptions 
    • As we often have guests arriving the day you checkout and only in-room luggage storage, we cannot allow late checkout. Consider renting an extra night if you have a late flight out. You will be charged $50/hour for any time past checkout still occupied.
    • We do our very best to have the units clean and in proper working order for your arrival.  Should there be any cleaning or maintenance problems please call your on-island contact at your first opportunity.  We require the opportunity to rectify any problems and will do so in a reasonable amount of time.


General Policies

  • Please report missing, broken, or damaged items immediately to local contact Monica Tavares -808-384-1069 (local call from your room).
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the condo lanai and doing so will result in full loss of security deposit. 
  • No pets of any kind are allowed in the condo or on the condo lanai.
  • Aloha Condos and representatives, consultants, contractors, and staff are not responsible for items left behind in the condo. Please search the entire condo to make sure nothing is left behind.
  • Make sure that all keys are left behind at the condo. We charge a $25 replacement fee for each missing key.
  • Maximum Occupancy: 4 overnight guests
  • Potential Extra Fees upon check-out: 
    • $15 for any missing beach or bath towels
    • $25 per key card that is missing
    • Replacement cost for any other missing/broken item
    • $25/hour excessive cleaning fee
    • $25/hour excessive labor charges
  • Please do not feed the birds from the lanai.
  • If you have any concerns that arise about this condo during your stay it will be handled during your stay. Use the Local Contact phone number provided immediately if you find a fault with this condo. We have resources available to help you. If you wait until you leave, we can not resolve your issues. No adjustments or refunds can be considered after your stay.


I was in another condo earlier and it was not up to scratch, but condo 629 was perfect,I believe it was just renovated and it showed. The kitchen was well equipped and the views sensational,I would definately would book this condo again.

When we arrived and checked into our condo we were very happy. Everything about the condo from the pictures to the description was exactly as told. The crew at Aloha condos and homes were extremely helpful. The Ilikai is a beautiful property and loved the location near the harbor. It was away from the crowds and had a great spot for the Friday night fireworks. The condo's kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies and we ate the majority of our meals there. The view was wonderful and we loved the daily conch ceremony and also some of the evening activities down in the courtyard. I loved how quiet the room was. We never heard our neighbors and those we met in the hall were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back and if the room is available we will try to rent it again. Overall a wonderful experience!

The amenities were perfect. The rate was very reasonable and owes from the balcony were scenic. Would definitely recommend and make reservations on our return

Condo is OK, Coffe Machine, pots & pans a little stained and tiles on floor damaged, AC controls did not work, shower head missing. Condo needs a little TLC and maybe a few updates The Ilikai hotel is a bit Jekyll & Hyde. Some of the apartments are very modern and plush but others are old & tired. The building is 50 years old and it shows in places. We have stayed in several apartments in the Ilikai and 629 is average. Shady side in morning. The better ones are higher up and face directly at the ocean. Pool area is full of snowbirds who capture best sunbeds with assistance of pool staff the disappear for hours. Beware of Timeshare sellers at hotel its the usual scam

Thank you for taking the time to post a review from your stay at the Ilikai Hotel unit 629.  Great news in this unit is that the Air Conditioner has been replaced and is working great as well as the shower head.  The building as many buildings in Oahu are older but the location couldn't be any better.  This condo is located conveniently right where you want to be. This is a great condo and reasonably prices as well!
