A. General Information

 

  1. Are the Condos Privately Owned?

    2. All of the condos listed on the Aloha Condos website are privately owned. They are not time-share condos.

  2. Who does a Guest Contact if they Encounter a Problem During their Stay?

    3. Each of the condos has an assigned person who lives nearby to help with any problems during a guest's stay. Contact information for this person is included in the check-in instructions.

B. Reservation Information

 

  1. Are the Availability Calendars Up to Date?

    2. All bookings are done by the website. The calendars are updated real-time as bookings are made on the website.

  2. How do I Book a Condo?

    3. Use the search function of the website to find which condos are open for your dates. When you've found a condo that you want to book, just add it to your vacation planner. You can also add a condo to your vacation planner directly from the condo page by entering your arrival and departure dates and select find rates and book condo. Once you are on the vacation planner page make sure that only the condo(s) that you want is/are in your vacation planner, agree to the policies at the bottom of the page and select book condo. You can then create a new user account - if you don't already have an account, and check-out by entering your billing information and credit card number.

  3. Where Do I Find the Policies?

    4. When you add a condo to your vacation planner (via search or from the condo page) you'll find the policies for the condo(s) in your vacation planner at the bottom of the vacation planner page.

  4. How do I Get my Check-in Instructions?

    5. Check-in instructions are sent via email prior to the check-in date.

  5. When are the Check-in and Check-out Times?

    6. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00PM and check-out time is anytime before 11:00AM.

    We cannot accommodate earlier check-ins or check-outs due to back-to-back reservations.

  2. What is the Nearest Airport and How Far Away is the Resort?

    3. The Honolulu International Airport (HNL) is less than 10 miles away. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the airport to the resort.

  3. Should I Rent a Car?

    4. We recommend renting a car for the first part of your trip. Shuttles are pretty easy to catch at the airport and run from $9 to $12 per person. A Cab ride is around $40

  4. Is there Parking at the Resort and How Much does it Cost?

    5. There is valet parking at the Ilikai Hotel and Apartments Resort for $25/day. Click this link to see our local parking map. There is also a parking garage at the Ilikai Marina (resort to the North). Make sure you tell the booth attendant you are Hotel Guests.

  5. Where is the Nearest Beach?

    6. Waikiki Beach is just down the ramp behind the hotel, a 3 minute walk from the lobby.
