Napili Bay Resort
Condo 203

Studio 1-Bath Beachfront Condo - Sleeps 2

  Wonderful

the condo is great, the location the best on Napili and all of Maui... the new shower and kitchen are super... the only thing I can mention as needed is a cleaning of the green carpet, it did not look or feel fresh.

  Nice

The condo is nice, clean, and well situated and the view was beautiful. Drawbacks were that it didn't have air conditioning, it was noisy place, and the bed was not comfortable. You could hear the neighbors next door and the waves were very, very loud. You pay to be close to the beach and for the amazing view so overall it was well worth it. It also had beach towels, beach chairs, and nice bogey boards to use.

  Relaxation to the 10th degree.

This is the second time we stayed at the Napili Bay, and it was simply fantastic. First of all, Napili Bay is a great location. And the Napili Bay resort suits our needs and tastes perfectly. So close to the water, the lapping waves provided a soothing soundtrack for our vacation. We seriously can't wait to go back.

  Awesome!! Heaven on Earth!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights. We loved the location, the view of course! We live in Laguna Beach so we know beauitful beaches and this rates up there as one of the top ones we have stayed at. The price was very reasonable for the location. We especially loved the shower and all the upgrades. Can't wait until we can return!

  A Little Piece of Paradise

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at Napili Bay Resort Room 203 and we love it. We like to end our vacation here after two weeks of fun and family. We just relax and enjoy the beauty of the bay, the turtles, and being in the water.

  Clean and quiet

Bed was very comfortable. Condo unit was quiet. Would like to have had more than 4 towels/wash cloths for an 8 night stay, also another roll of toilet paper would have been nice (3 extra instead of 2). Would set timer on coffee maker night before, just to find it had turned itself off during the night. Over all, the condo was clean and quiet. Thank you for the fruit basket, nice welcome.

  Great location and facility

The condo is well taken care of, well appointed, excellently located. The check-in/check-out process was great -- so easy and convenient. We would absolutely stay in this condo again.

  our first Hawaiian vacation

The sofa had no support on the bottom, so you could not sit on it comfortblely. You had to put something under the cushion to sit on it. We also found ants on the balconey. We also thought the room was to cluttered with furniture.

  Awesome

It was the most amazingly wonderful vacation we've ever experienced. The lovely condo, furnished with everything we needed, was right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. The lanai was perfect for viewing the ocean as we ate breakfast or lunch. The Sea House restaurant was a quick walk down the beach and served delicious meals. We snorkeled in Napili Bay and then walked around the rocks to another cove where we snorkeled and swam with sea turtles! We can't wait to go back!!

  Our wonderful vacation

I came across this condo by chance. I had spent days and hours looking for a condo to stay at in Maui. I was ready to finally book our stay when I came across this one. It ended up being a gem. It was perfect for us. Napili Bay Resort is better than the high class resorts. It was the best beach in Northwest Maui. Everyone was coming over to our beach. Our condo was very clean and the price couldn't be beat. We can't wait to go back and we will reserve 203.

  Amazing Vacation

Condo 203 was absolutely amazing. Everything about it was perfect. The moment we walked in the door we felt like we were in heaven. Everything that you need is right there in the condo. we cooked one night and all the cooking supplies we needed were there for us to use. We are already planning a trip back to Napili Bay resort in September.

  Napili Bay Resort Condo 203

We absolutely loved this condo. Great location - directly on the best beach in the area. The condo was recently renovated, sparkling clean, and well furnished. It had everything you could ever need. We were greeted with a lovely gift basket with chocolates and fresh fruit, which was really appreciated. Just down the street from the Four Seasons hotel, which is a gorgeous walk. We'll definitely return again. I highly recommend it.

  Napili truly paradise!

We stayed at unit 203 for 11 nights and have nothing bad to say. We loved it! The proximity to the beach/water is second to none. The sound of the waves were great to go to sleep to. Beautiful BBQ area. Bed was very comfortable. Unit is well equipped with everything you need. Definitely going back!

  Amazing!

Our stay at Napili Bay was like our own little slice of heaven. We were in Maui for business and our company booked us at Hyatt Maui and I decided to add on 4 extra days and found Napili Bay Condo's on Trip Advisor, what a find!!! We far more enjoyed our stay here than at the Hyatt, falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves, waking up to crystal clear tropical water view each morning with the island of Lanai (?)surrounded by what appeared to be Bali hi clouds was nothing less than magical. What a laid back slice of heaven our stay was. We talked endlessly that we wished we spent all 9 days here. Plus I would highly recommend a must do of going to the gazebo restaurant 2 doors down, was recommended by rachel ray as well as the locals, again another WOW... the macadamian nut pancakes with the homemade cocunut syrup was sinfully delicious. Was a lil bit worried that the fire upgrade installation would be a problem but never heard a peep, had no impact at all. Lovely stay telling everyone about it & definitely coming back again!

  Absolutely relaxing

We love staying at Napili Bay Resort condos and we have stayed there several times in different units but always on the ocean side. At first we couldn't sleep because of the sounds from the ocean. By the end of our stay we noticed that the crashing of the waves actually helped us to drop off each night because of their rythmic beat. Watching the sun rise and set each day from our balcony was poetic and swimming in the bay was a new experience each day. Being able to sit on the beach, sneak up to the condo for drinks or snacks and then go back down within minutes was so fantastic. The units are close enought to Lahaina but far enough away to let you really relax. Napili Bay has to be the best kept secret of Maui and I wish I was there right now!

  What a view!

This was our 4th time staying at Napili Bay, we just love it there, exactly enough room for the two of us, lovely quiet family beach, close to my husbands conference site. The property is a bit older but neat and clean and well maintained. Amazing outdoor BBQ site, great views, great sunsets, SO close to the ocean. Anyone lucky enough to stay in this little enclave will be truly satisfied. We have booked through Aloha condos twice on the Big Island and once elsewhere in Maui and have always been well pleased :)

  Great Sunsets

We spent a week at Napili Bay in September of 2008. After a couple of days of driving to visit other places on the island we realized Napili Bay was the place to spend our time. We really enjoyed the view from our second floor unit's lanai. The sunsets were great. Being right on the beach was a definite plus. The grounds were very nicely maintained but the big feature was the beach. You can't beat that beach. The unit was small but sufficient for two people. The kitchen has been nicely remodeled. Although there is no air conditioning, we had no issues with heat. Noise did not seem to be a problem either. On the slightly negative side, the wicker furniture was not especially comfortable and the bed was average, at best. However, this is a beautiful spot. Everything you need is close at hand. We plan a return visit.

  Relaxing holiday

Unit 203 is a lovely studio-style upstairs condominium right on the beach at Napili Bay. All facilities are excellent, and the views are superb. We enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the very adjacent beach.

  Surf's Up

We love Napili, particularly the beach and have stayed at almost every hotel on beach. I always wanted to try this hotel because the window shutters intrigued me. When this building says it is close to the beach, believe it! Our only pronblem was we were too close and had trouble sleeping because of the noise of the surf. Otherwise, it was nice.

—msquare18 (04/17/2009)

  Comfortable with great view

Great location with very good snorkelling and swimming right outside the unit, steps from the beach. It's a very comfortable unit with a great view, and very comfortable lanai chairs to admire it while having breakfast, lunch, cocktails etc. The staff is very helpful. Just a couple of things we'd have liked to have had to make the stay even more perfect: bamboo beach mats, and a diary where visitors can add their comments about their stay and places they've found/activities/restaurants they particularly enjoyed.

  Terrible Condos

This condo was noisy and small and very rundown with no privacy. No AC or Cable either. Overpriced and unpleasant. I left and went to another condo and lost all my rental.

  The Ultimate Stress Reliever

We had always stayed in hotels when we came to Hawaii, but we brought our parents for their 50th Wedding Anniversary and knowing they just wanted to relax we went with Napili Bay condos. As it turns out we wouldn't stay any other way. Having our own kithen, we packed groceries from around the corner & enjoyed living right on the beach just feet from the water. Great snorkeling & sea turtles right in our bay. Just walk a few feet to our pad for an afternoon nap, and in the evening we barbequed right there. We explored the dining & nightlife in town, but ultimately preferred hanging at our home by the sea. Extremely convenient, and the sunsets at Napili Bay are spectacular.

  Tired and creaky

This place may have been upgraded by now, but when we stayed there, it was old and creaky. The ceiling fan had one speed, slow. The refridgerator is in the room with you and it cycles on and off all night. The room is on the beach with a high pressure sodium street light shining in the room all night. No a/c. Kids congregated under the under the street lamp and drank and partied until 2 in the morning. Local police and the management were not helpful. No utensils of any worth in the kitchen. No BBQ tools by the BBQ, either. Flannel sheets on the bed with temperatures hovering at a chilly 76 degrees for the low. It was 12 sleepless nights of endless noise, heat, humidity and sweat. We contacted the rental place upon our return with some of our concerns and were pretty much blown off! Be careful to note whether there is a non-refundable deposit involved should you wish to reserve time here. Enjoy your stay...

  Napili Bay-Paradise!

I am not a fan of big chain resort hotels, so when I found Napili Bay Condos after an extensive search of private rentals on Maui, I could breath easily. The view outside of the complex was breathtaking. The cove that the complex is located on is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The resort was small, cozy and quiet. I never even realized there were other guests staying there. My boyfriend and I were able to save a little bit of money by buying groceries at the market and eating/snacking in the condo instead of eating every meal out. The only complaint I have, and it's minor, is that the bed is really hard. Nothing an foam egg crate can't fix though! I highly recommend Napili Bay to anyone traveling to Maui.
