Wonderful Getaway
We came back to Napili Bay to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary (we were married at the Napili Kai Resort) and really enjoyed the condo. The upgraded decor, kitchen, bath, etc., is very nice and of course you can't beat the view from the lanai. We hope to return in December.

Excellent accomodations. Clean, bright, right on the beach, great deck overlooking the water, nice bed, nice kitchen, and a comfortable bed. What more could you ask for.
Our new favorite place on Maui
Napili Bay Resort 102 was idyllic. Having stopped at the Sea House last year for cocktails we thought we'd try a few nights at Napili Bay. Found unit 102 online, oceanfront and reasonable and booked it. Directions there were great, unit is remodeled and beautiful. Beachfront is awesome. Everything we needed to play was there...snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs. We love happy hour at the Sea House. Found the bay south at Napili Point with all the turtles. I will admit I assumed there was a pool and probably wouldn't have booked if I had known there wasn't one and would've missed this gem. We will be back and I'm hoping to bring all my relatives next time. It seems like the perfect place for a family reunion.
Condo 102 provides the ideal accommodations for R & R.
Spectacular stay! The room is extremely nice. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. There was snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, and boogie board available for the beach. The view is gorgeous of Napili Bay. We will return to #102. Other inlets to swim/snorkel in within walking distance. We snorkeled with turtles each day. The waves do seem louder at night, so be prepared for loud voice level wave volume through parts of the night. I would recommend this to anyone with the caution that walking can be hilly and on roadway in places, and parking is not always easy even if you have a disabled parking tag outside the resort.
A bargain of a perfect place! Loved it!
We stayed here on our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. Although small, the condo was stylish, functional, and comfortable and the location was perfect. Loved the beach right outside our back door! The snorkeling right out our door was excellent and we even saw a sea turtle. Several restaurants, a convenience store, and a snorkeling/beach equipment rental store are all within a short walk's distance. We feel for the price, you would be hard pressed to find something nicer or at a better location. If we're lucky enough to go back to Maui, we would definitely stay here again.
Ideal Stay!
To say "we couldn't have asked for better" wouldn't even express how much we loved this condo. It had everything! From the picture perfect view of Napili Bay to the plush bed, everything was just perfect. My husband and I stayed for only eight days and in that short time it definitely had a feeling of home. The condo has been very nicely remodeled, had all the cookware we could have asked for and was right on the beach. While others had to trek their stuff to the beach each day, we simply walked out of front door, through the gate and were there... sand in our toes! The snorkeling at Napili was really nice too, lots of turtles just around the point and Honolua Bay just a few minutes up the road we really felt we had it made. The coffee shop and Napili market up the street were really all we needed. It's a pretty low key area but if you want some nightlife Lahaina is about 10 minutes away. We appreciated how mellow the area was, just what we were looking for. Next trip to maui I wouldn't even consider staying elsewhere! Mahalo!
The best condo I've stayed at in Napili Bay
Napili Bay #102 was recently remodeled. It was beautiful inside and had state of the art fixtures and appliances. The kitchen was equipped with high quality utensils (I like to cook so I appreciated that). The view from the lanai was a beautiful view of Napili Bay. The grounds of the facility are impeccably-maintained by a very nice groundskeeper. He even went to the effort to prepare an area for fireworks (we stayed over July 4th). The BBQ area is really nice with beautiful plants, high quality gas grills, chairs and eating tables. A snorkeling rental business and small grocery store are a couple minute's walk away. Napili Bay has excellent snorkeling right out the back of the condo area with many sea turtles feeding from the lava rocks in the mid afternoon. The variety of colorful fish in the bay was better than what we experienced when we went on a snorkel cruise. Mid week, the waves built up as the weather changed and we had fun with boogie boards on the same beach. It's a great place and in writing this review, I wish I were there again. It's quite likely that this condo may be the best one in the complex.
Wonderful beach front location!
We stayed at this condo because we both love Napili Bay and we were not disappointed! This condo is well-equip with everything you need and it's so comfortable! It has a stunning view of the beach and ocean and is just a few steps away. It's very nice to not have to walk through a lobby when you're coming right off the beach. We also loved the covered lanai because of the privacy and the protection it provided from the afternoon showers and tradewinds. It was a lovely condo and we hope to go back soon!
The sound of the Pacific lulled us to sleep each night.
This was our third stay at Napili Bay and our first with a beach-front condo.. It had been recently refurbished, and was lovely. The welcoming gift was a delightful surprise, and much appreciated. Thanks to all! Karin and Dick Roth
Best deal on Maui!
Napili Bay Resort Condo #102 was an excellent choice for us. The condo building was recommended by a colleague who has been staying there many years. The location is right on the beach, and within driving distance of many attractions. Unit 102 was recently remodeled (from what we could tell from getting glimpses at open doors), and the kitchen area and bathroom were exceptionally clean. There is a market about a mile away, and a convenience store within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again! The only "complaint" would be that when the people upstairs were walking around, the noise was distracting.
Everything you could hope for and more
This was our first trip to Maui and our first experience in renting a private condo. If only all of life's experiences could turn out so well. We were close enough to the action for convenience but far enough away so our stay was peaceful. The beach was just a few footsteps from the condo. Our morning breakfast was on the lanai looking out at the ocean and our late evenings were spent listening to the surf. We had all the comforts of home in an incredible and convenient location.

We loved the condo the minute we walked in. Beautiful condo. Perfect location. Great TV for Superbowl. Restuarant within walking distance.
Amazing ... again!
This is our third summer in a row vacationing in Maui and our third staying in this very unit. We continue to come back because it is absolutely wonderful. Napili is an excellent swimming beach with great snorkeling right there. Truly - there is no need to beach hop. The unit was clean, modern, and great for two people. I am already thinking about booking year #4!
Exactly 21 steps to the beach!!!
We were very impressed with this condo. I did a lot of research before our trip, and found this to be the very closest location to the beach. Can't be beat for a gorgeous oceanfront West Maui beach at great price. Very classy updates and kitchen furnishings. I would definately recommend this condo for everyone wanting to stay on beautiful Napili Bay.
I will definately come back
Overall a great experience with this condo. Very comfortable, well appointed and conveniently located. Napali Bay is fantastic in and of itself but Unit 102 makes it even better. I couldn't believe how easy it was to stay there. The kitchen has every utinsil you could use in your time there, they have beach equipment and anything you could need in your time there. You can see from the pictures how beautiful the condo is as well. Only complaint would be the noise of the beach can be a bit much, especially if you are sleeping with the windows open.
Wonderful vacation spot
My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Maui and #102 Napili Bay immensely and plan to return to the same place next year. The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet and the sound of the ocean as you fell asleep was the perfect therapy for anyone vacationing to ease work stress. We had coffee each morning on the lovely lanai as we listened to the surf and watched people enjoying their morning walk on the beach. There was a wonderful gift basket waiting for us as we arrived too! A perfect touch and a superb holiday.
Couldn't be better
We had a wonderful time there even though it was mostly cloudy and somewhat rainy because that beach front condo was so very comfortable with nicely updated amenities and tastfully decorated. The best part was being right on the beach because you can see the beautiful view and hear the crashing waves from everywhere inside the condo. The condo was perfect and we can't wait to come back.
Feet in the sand.
I have been back in the States for one day & am ready to return. The Napili Bay Resort was fabulous. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore & then to get up and be only steps from the beach. It was so relaxing. Unit #102 has been very nicely remodeled. It feels more like a home (on the small side since it is a studio) but not like a basic hotel room. Drawbacks are the lack of pool & bathtub. Didn't even notice that there wasn't any A/C as the breeze kept it cool. Will love to return next year.
Everything it's advertised to be!
We had a wonderful vacation here on Napili Bay. The condo was fantastic! Everything we needed and more. Great snorkeling a short walk away at Kapalua Bay.
The Sound of Surfe
Everything was absolutely as promised on the website: we found a well equipped, tastefully furnished and conveniently located beachfront studio apartment on beautiful Napili Bay. A few issues should be considered though: this is a condo without A/C; we had quite a few mosquitos that cohabited the unit and, hence, needed to buy benadryl-cream to deal with the recurrent itch. Also, the lanai is small and does not allow you to stretch out. I don't want to blow this out of proportion but one should be aware of it.

Love the feeling of this condo 102. The style, and the view..so perfect 30 years going to Napili..this was the best. Thanks for ordering the sunsets and the rainbow. (love the fridge and dishdrawer. very efficient kitchen! mahalo I would have loved a little bigger deck/ gate onto the sand
It was incredible!
Napili Bay Resort is a hidden gem. Our condo has been beautifully upgraded and had everything we needed for a two week stay. We met some wonderful people and there was an unspoken camaraderie you don't get in larger complexes or hotels. The grounds are kept meticulously clean which only made the place more magical. We can't wait to go back!
Always Awesome
This was our 4th time to Napili Bay and our second time in unit 102. It is like going home for a week...HEAVEN. Great rays, smooth waves, and even swam with two sting rays....COOL
Right on the beach
This complex is tremendous, and this room is really superb. Steps from the beach with the surf at your back door. You hear the waves all night. I have stayed at Napili Bay many times and this condo is one of the nicest I have encountered there. Interior is beautiful, staff is gracious and helpful, parking next to your room. Since it is so close to the beach you might get woken up at 7:30 by kids playing on the sand, so that was the only issue for us. Otherwise a perfect place for your relaxing vacation.
Great little beachfront condo
This was my second time staying in Napili and I would definitely rent this condo again. The owners have done a great job of upgrading the entire unit with high end finishes. And what a view! I had read in Maui Revealed that the x01 and x02 units have the best view and they weren't kidding. The unit is literally right on the beach with a great view of the bay mostly unobstructed with the exception of the tree off to the left. The only thing that would have made the unit perfect was if you could get to the beach from the lanai, which I understand for security reasons, it's not practical. The owners provided snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach chairs so there wasn't a need to rent any gear. The only negative was the bed and pillows weren't that comfortable and the linens and towels were sub-par. For as nice as this condo is, I would have expected them to be much nicer. But, the view more than made up for this. I would definitely rent this condo again as it's a good value for what you get.
Can't wait to return
This was our second trip to Napili Bay Resort. We loved it the first time and returned to rent a beachfront condo this time to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was exactly as the photos on the website show, the view was fantastic from the lanai, quiet enough, even with the surf crashing at night. I just have no negative remarks at all. We were very comfortable and relaxed at Napili Bay, our favorite vacation spot!
Trying to figure out how to get back!
Found the place thanks to TripAdvisor and had one of the best trips of my life. The condo was perfect! The view was amazing, some of my favorite things to do were to have morning coffee on the lanai and a margarita on the beach while watching the sunset. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise and made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed there. The location was ideal, we really felt right at home. I loved having so much beach to ourselves, no fighting for space like you do at a hotel beach. I slept like a baby every night, even if there wasn't air conditioning-you don't need it! The ocean waves did keep me up the first night, but then closed the blinds and all was well. I'd love to not tell people how great it is and keep it a secret, but I can't help but tell everyone I know that is going to Maui that they have to stay there!
Perfect for relaxing
Aloha Condo #102 has style, is clean and has everything that you need in the kitchen and for the beach. We would stay there again, as the location is perfect and right on the beach. We have stayed in another unit and perfer #102.
102 is wonderful!
This was a beautiful condo right on the beach. You couldn't get a better location! The condo was beautifuly decorated and updated. It had a small table for inside dining and a pub style dining table outside on the patio. We used and enjoyed both. We had many mornings drinking our coffee outside and watching the whales in the distance.I also loved the boogy boards the owners provided. These were used daily. I also really appreciated the lovely welcome basket waiting for us upon arrival. There was nothing we wanted for here, and look forward to a return trip to condo 102.
Location and charming
If you are a couple - and if you want a quiet little slice of heaven - then this is the place. Right on the sand (you must walk out the front door around a condo to get there, but really no big deal) beautiful scenery and well appointed inside. I wanted to stay longer, but... Two restaurants within walking distance, grocery store about 1/2 mile and really just a great place. Open air - you can hear the waves crash...Tranquility!
Beautiful Location
We would recommend this place to anyone. It is a beautiful area, right on the beach. Room was nicely furnished and very comfortable for a couple. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.
Last minute fun!
In January, we decided we needed to get some sun, so we blocked off a week in February to get away. We really lucked out when we were able to book this beautiful spot with no prior knowledge of the area. The location was perfect and the condo was lovely. We loved the lanai and enjoyed looking at the whales and water by day and the stars by night. It was a perfect place for 2! We hope to be able to come back for another week someday!
Really Wonderful Condo
This is a really beautiful place to stay and it was exactly as advertised. I liked that it had easy access to the beach. Wonderful touches throughout the condo. Family friendly beach. You can walk along the beach to a restaurant (a little pricey) and the snorkeling is great. Grocery stores are pretty close so you can stock up on essentials Many people that stay there are the owners and they look after you and each other. Very nice people stayed near or next to us. Overall I'd recommend this place. The owners made it feel like you were staying in your own apartment instead of at a stale hotel.
Fantastic condo
Condo 102 at Napili Bay for us is the ultimate Maui get away. I've stayed on many of the 5 star resorts on Maui and yet I keep coming back to condo 102 at Napili Bay. Nothing beats being right on the beach and having a kitchen so you don't have to eat out ALL the time on your vacation. I've introduced so many of our picky friends to the Napili Bay condos and everyone so far has just fallen in love with them.102 is a very well appointed, modern condo and one of the nicest condos there. I will not hesitate staying here every time we are on Maui.
Nice stay
Nice stay at Unit 102 at Napili Bay Resort. I liked the fact that we were 10 feet from the sand and mere steps to the ocean. Nicely appointed and updated appliances.

Incredibly hard to leave...
My 18 year old daughter and I stayed in 102 at the end of our 2 weeks in Hawaii and wished we had been there for the whole time. It was clean, cozy, close to everything we needed, equipped with everything we needed. I loved the decor, I loved the lanai, and I loved the fully equipped kitchen. We watched people, we ate at restaurants along the beach and we watched whales for an entire afternoon while it rained; when it didn't rain we stepped onto the beach and into the bay to play. We intend to return as soon as possible.

Fantastic Honeymoon
My husband and I stayed here for a week in July of 2008 for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. It was fantastic having a condo right on the beach. I've stayed at most of the condos on Napili Beach and really felt like Napili Bay #102 was one of the best. The owners were so helpful and clear throughout the whole process of booking and the stay. I also loved the decor of the condo -- very tasteful and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Right on the Beach!
This is a beautifully appointed studio unit with newly remodeled kitchen and bath. Lanai opens right out to the white sand beach of Napili Bay. Hear the waves lapping on the beach as you fall asleep in your comfortable accommodations.
Paradise
Oh my gosh! I travel alot so being in Hawaii was absolutely spectacular but when you have a room and facility this accomidating and yet private it makes it all worth while. The beach very nice and quiet. The amenities were great we had access to beach, restaurant, bar, and free use of snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. We plan to saty there on our return trip this December.
Christmas in Paradise
Christmas on Napilii Bay was even more than we had imagined. This beach front unit was indeed that. Any closer to the beach would result in wet feet. The pictures from the unit don't do it justice. One of the most senic settings we have ever enjoyed. The interior at first seemed a bit too cozy but it was just the two of us and it worked quite well. The furnishings and art are first class as are the kitchen ammenities. We had stayed on Napilii some 20 years before and it was one of our most enjoyable vacations. It didn't disappoint this time. Low key, low rise structures, near perfect beach and fine snorkling (observed my first octopus, a treat)put it at the top of our list. Excellent restaurants within walking distance was nice also. We'll be back!
Amazing Stay!
My sister stayed at this resort for part of her honeymoon so when I started looking into lodging on Maui it was an easy choice. We LOVED the unit which was very nicely furnished and decorated. Top of the line appliances and all the comforts of home within a studio space. I will be honest that I was at first a bit alarmed at the lack of air conditioning (Hawaii in August ... eeks) however the ceiling fans and the fresh air in from the outside were enough to cool down the unit. What an amazing experience to literally fall asleep to the crashing waves each night and wake up to the same thing in the morning. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and with quality snorkeling right there the convenience cannot be beat. I loved it so much I already booked another stay for this summer! -K
Paradise found!
My wife and I came here for our honeymoon vacation about 1 year ago (April 08) and we were just amazed. The first thing I said to my wife after we arrived was "call the owner, we have to stay longer!" This initial impression only became stronger over our 5 day stay. Each morning, we woke up and took a quick swim in the sparkling blue waters before cooking breakfast in the ultra-nice kitchen and eating on the incredible-view lanai (back porch). We watched whales jump in the distance and lizards scury across flowers/trees as we ate. After breakfast, we'd lounge on the beach (again, 5 steps from the front door) making frequent trips back to the kitchen for drinks, snacks, etc. Frequently, we'd walk 10 min across the beach to the next bay to snorkel with families (6-10 at a time) of large sea turtles. For dinner, we'd use the community grill to cookout and then watch movies on the zillion-channel satelite TV/flatscreen or play DVDs. Or we might walk down the beach to one of two restaurants overlooking the water. Suprisingly, the beach really was not crowded during the daytime - even with beautiful weather - we never had to fight for a spot. The beach is small with gentle waves and the crowd is very mellow/family (not much surfers or bikini babes). It was expensive but - we think worth every penny. We can't wait to come back!
