The 20% reservation deposit is nonrefundable.  If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, this deposit may be applied to a new reservation in the same condo beginning up to one year from the original arrival date.  Nonrefundable final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If booking within 30 days of arrival, nonrefundable full payment is required. 

A $250 security deposit credit card authorization will be processed shortly before your arrival. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A charge may occur for excessive cleaning required at checkout, damaged or missing contents, smoking, exceeding the allowed number of overnight guests, refusal to allow pest control services access during routine service calls or non-adherence to check-in/checkout times.

Check-in time is 3 PM or later and checkout time is 11 AM or sooner. The condo will not be accessible prior to 3 PM and cleaners will access the unit at 11 AM on day of checkout.        






My husband and I stayed here for a week in July of 2008 for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. It was fantastic having a condo right on the beach. I've stayed at most of the condos on Napili Beach and really felt like Napili Bay #102 was one of the best. The owners were so helpful and clear throughout the whole process of booking and the stay. I also loved the decor of the condo -- very tasteful and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Hard to beat perfection

Our first stay at Napili Bay 102 was as good as it gets in west maui, condo was extremely clean and nicely update. The beach is so close it will spoil you. There was no need to go anywhere because we were already there ! Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach is provided, we will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

What an amazing place! The location is perfect. Napili Bay is an intimate beach with only the select residents who also rented a unit nearby or is a local who knows the only public access. Regardless, all are respectful of each others space and privacy. The beach is beautiful and our unit was amazing and comfortable. All the amenities and fully refurbished with a perfect oceanside location! We hope to return time and time again!

We love unit 102.. The unit is right on the beach, tastefully decorated and well equipped. We swam every morning! Napili Bay is so beautiful!!. There's an outdoor BBQ area that came in quite handy too! This was our second stay at the Napili Bay condos and definitely not the last! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Mahalo!
