Aloha Lynda, Thank you so much for your review of unit 4323 at the Hanalei Bay Resort. We agree this unit is a pretty special condo and the views are amazing! We so wish you would have called us about the floor as we would have sent someone over to take care of that. Also you mentioned that you were contacting the from desk about the remote. The front desk is a separate enity from us and they are the ones to contact if you are staying as a guest of the resort/hotel/timeshares. The unit you stayed in is a privately owned unit which about half of the units are the Hanalei Bay Resort are. Therefore as per all our emails to you as well as the informational sheet posted in the condo, we are the ones to contact for any issues or questions. We could have come over with batteries for you but it sounds as if you got it going again. We are glad you found the bed to be comfortable. We wish the weather could have been better for you during your stay. We will take a look at the living room cushions but the owners did have those cushions professionally reupholstered a few years back with a great tropical pattern presenting a nice update. We do hope you can return again soon!

Unbelievable Stay and Views!
The unit was as advertised and the pictures do not do the unit justice, it is unbelievable! All of the resort amenities were great and the unit was stocked perfectly with everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. Looking forward to staying again!
