Policies:

Rates valid through the end of 2008
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.96%).
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests for all units.
A $250 security deposit is required for all stays
All stays have a cleaning fee of $120.00 for unit 1512 & 1540 and $135 for units 629, 1721 & 2021. For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required but we do make exceptions.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
