We recently stayed in B-1 condo, upon arrival we found a nice basket of local fruit, canned jelly and a canvas bag. It was fun to taste all the different things and we used the bag on every trip to the beach. The condo was everything that was said in the ad. There was a shopping center with a theater with-in walking distance. The teenagers in our party loved that! The home was very comfortable, and it included everything we needed for our stay.The washer & dryer was great to have so we could pack less and be able to laundry. The view from the lanai was breathtaking, it was a great spot for late afternoon mai tai's and to watch the sunset. It was very easy to make yourself feel at home and relax. I would gladly return for another stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Na Hale O Keauhou Townhouse. We found everything we needed there.The kitchen was well supplied as were the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and lots of closet space. The view from the Lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting there with our mai tais every evening to watch the sun set. Would recommend this to any one I know. Made our vacation so much nicer.

2nd time there. Maintenance was great. We had a small problem with the screen door sticking and they were there that day to fix it. We loved the split pool. It was great for families with small children. Close to grocery and drug stores and walking distance for adults to beach. All 3 bedrooms have their own bath and one of the bedrooms is located on the main floor is perfect for older people who may have trouble with stairs. 2 decks from which we saw whales swim by on two occasions. Beautiful well furnished condo. We hope to get back there again

This unit exceeded the description provided and also exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were top notch and comfortable with all the appliances and tools (kitchen stuff) that we could ever have needed. The unit was extremely clean and well kept. Bedrooms, bathrooms, closets and living areas were all large and comfortable. The views from the unit were excellent. We never had to leave the lanai to see the sunsets (we did see the green flash one night!). The property is very peaceful and quiet. The pool, bar-b-que and workout facilities were located close by and were easy to use. In fact there were very few people using these facitlites so it did not even feel like we were sharing them. The beach was a short walk away as was the grocery store and other shops. This is a terrific location!
This is a beautiful property and is the best of any property we have stayed at on the Big Island. Thank you!

We greatly enjoyed staying at this condo. It is nicely decorated, and it is very large and spacious for how much it costs; it really is a great value!
The location is a little farther down ali'i, so it is not really close to the "strip," but I rather like it this way. When we got to the development, we were greeted by a retiree walking his dog. This makes me think the condo development is more calm and probably more family oriented. The location is very close to Long's Drugs and to the grocery store. There is really easy access to the highway also.
When you walk into the door, there is an open kitchen on the left and the living room is in front of you. You can also see sliding doors, which open up to a lanai that has a nice view of the ocean. Usually in Hawaii, when they say ocean view, you're lucky to get a peek of a sliver of ocean, but that's not the case here.
My parents stayed in the only downstairs bedroom, which has the queen bed because they do not like to climb stairs. My sister stayed in the master bedroom with her son because it has a garden tub in addition to a shower. (The kid likes to take baths.) I stayed in the room with the two twin beds. The place was very clean and comfortable. We caught up with the caretakers when we checked in, and they seemed to be doing a thorough job. Even the towels were soft and smelled good--something you don't seem to get from most hotels/motels.
I would stay here again. It felt like home. The only complaint was from my mom who wished they had newer non-stick pans or a stainless steel pan to cook with. Also, make sure not to leave any dirty dishes in the dishwasher. It could attract bugs.

we absolutely enjoyed our time spent at Na Hale O Keauhou..it's definitely worth every penny..it's comfy, peaceful & has views of the ocean..we also got to watch the beautiful sunset every single evening from our patio..we highly recommend you stay here..it is a definite must..rather your on a honeymoon or family get away either way this is the place to be..&the; supermarket is literally right up the road which was perfect..this condo is also right up the road from a beautiful beach called kahalu'u there we went snorkeling and got to see some really neat fish &coral..we; plan on staying here on our next trip..:) so give it a try..you won't regret it!

The kitchen is awesome with granite countertops and nice tile floors throughout the unit. The unit is very close to each other and many people had their windows open for the cool breeze. As a result, any conversations we had or our neighbors had we heard them all. Our lanai is about three feet from our neighbor kitchen. So when we dine in the lanai area, our neighbor can see us dining and we can hear them cookings. We wish for a little bit more privacy.

The website pictures looked wonderful but looks can be deceiving. Not in this case. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel without elevators. It felt homey and personal and someone obviously put a lot of thought into the details. The home was beautifully appointed and super clean. Our only mild disappointment was the outside patio which was sparsely furnished and without a barbecue. The close proximity to grocery shopping was an added bonus. We had a fun time and would recommend this condo highly.
