This cozy, comfortable condo is perfect for families. It has a wonderful feeling of home, with fantastic cross-breezes created by the trade winds and the position of the condo. This is a quiet and cool Plantation unit for those who prefer the trade winds to air conditioning.

The position of the condo directly across from the pool waterfall creates a unique acoustic effect and the soothing sounds of water are amplified throughout the condo. This is especially true of the lanai and master bedroom, creating the makings of a great night’s sleep.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the master and second bedrooms being en-suite. All of the bedding is new this year (2007) from the mattresses to the bedspreads. The sheets are high thread count and 100% cotton – perfect for tropical conditions. As well, the towels are thick cotton towels from the Hotel Collection at Macy’s.

In the kitchen you will find ample cooking utensils, stainless steal cookware, and stoneware dishes. The dining area has a rosewood table with four chairs, and there are three stools along the kitchen counter.

The covered lanai has a large table with six comfortable chairs. If you rent bicycles or surf boards while on vacation our garage parking offers a secure place to store these items. The owners have provided beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and coolers for your use.
