Booking Policies:

Rates valid through the end of 2009
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.41%).
Rates are for up to six persons.
A $250 security deposit is required for all stays
All stays have a cleaning fee of $200.00 for units 3a, 24c and 27a. For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
Air Conditioning is available and all units free of charge.
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
Maximum occupancy is eight guests for units 3a, 27a, and unit 27a. With more than 6 guests, there is a $15 per person per night charge.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 10:00AM.
All units are non-smoking/no pets allowed.
