Rates valid through the end of 2009
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.41%).
Rates are for up to four persons.
A $500 security deposit is required for all stays
All stays have a cleaning fee of $200.00. For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the home for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
Maximum occupancy is six guests for all units.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 10:00AM.
All units are non-smoking/no pets allowed.
