Moana Kai Beach Houses are luxury homes located on the the beautiful east side of Kauai only three blocks from the Kapaa town center and adjacent to the sandy shores of Waipouli Beach Park. This peaceful, high-end property consists of 3 beach houses (see resort map below) with spacious 3-bedroom beachfront units.

Walk to the center of Kapaa Town along a beachfront pathway for local shopping, restaurants, entertainment and cultural activities withthin blocks of the beach house. If you prefer to spend you times lounging on the beach, the homes are only 100 feet from Waipouli Beach, a white sandy beach which is known as the best kite surfing spot on the island. If you have young children or babyies, the resort is only 150 feet from Baby Beach - a coral reef protected beach popular with parents who want a safe place for their kids to experience the beach and ocean. Baby Beach (aka Fuji Beach) runs the length of of three blocks, and the wading area is approximately 20 feet wide and is a great spot for beginner swimmers, or to teach your children how to snorkel, or for older folks looking for a calm ocean enty from a soft sandy beach. There is also good snorkeling on the reef just outside the coral reef.

Kapaa Town

The Moana Kai Beach Houses are located three blocks from the center of the old Kapaa Town, a quaint 19th century plantation town. The streets are lined with a variety of unique shops and an lots of great restaurants - including several world class vegetarian restaurants.

Appropriately dubbed the Coconut Coast, Kauai's East Side is a mystical region filled with history and culture. The landscape is dotted with stands of coconut trees and it is here that the coconut grove comes to life. The golden sand beaches of the Coconut Coast are its biggest draw, with Anahola as its northernmost beach. Another beach just a few miles down the road is Donkey Beach, where whale-watching is popular. Rooting on surfers at Kealia Beach is a popular activity among locals and visitors alike. Another asset of the Coconut Coast is Lydgate Park and its two lava rock enclosed ocean pools. They are a calm respite for kids, families, and first-time snorkelers.
