Condo View
Unit 306 at the Maui Kai is an air-conditioned studio, third-floor beachfront condo with approximately 500 square feet in living space. This luxurious air-conditioned condo has incredible views of the Pacific Ocean, the Island of Lanai (south) and the Island of Molokai (north) and is located on beautiful Kaanapali Beach in West Maui, only 2 miles north of the Lahaina Town Center. The Maui Kai Beach Resort's location - between the Embassy Suites Resort and the Mahana Resort - makes it an ideal location for to take advantage of all of the great activities that Maui has to offer.
Living Room
The living room of unit 306 at the Maui Kai is decorated in Hawaiian tropical style and offers the feel of a home away from home. While lounging on the sofa you can curl up with a book or simply relax to the sound of waves while gazing out to sea. Daydream with the frequent passing of sail boats or watch the local outrigger team's efforts as they practice their laps in preparation for rowing competition. Occasionally spot kite-surfers rising to startling heights as the winds catch their sail while cruising through the channel. There is an entertainment center with CD player, Cable TV and VCR.
Dining
Although there is beautiful views throughout the condo, the view from the dining area is what makes Maui Kai 306 most unique due to the condo location on the third floor of the resort. Dine and relax knowing only the sky, clouds and stars can see you or close the large sliding glass windows and screen if you want privacy.

You can dine in, cozy in your breakfast nook, or out on the lanai for an oceanfront meal. Either spot offers breathtaking views including nightly sunsets year round sinking into Sunset Alley between the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Private dining, accompanied by the sounds of the ocean, make it one of the most romantic spots on Maui.
