All stays have a check-out clean fee of $130.00 For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.

A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
