Thank you very very much for providing us with your beautiful condo. It was more than we had expected. We will never forget the time we spent there. We loved everything about it. We are so envy you having that wonderful place to stay. We talk about the days so often, saying we want to go back! Thank you so much again for the wonderful time. We had such a great time in Maui and your condo was perfect. The renovations were beautiful. We saw whales, we enjoyed the views and we explored most of the island. Thanks for making everything easy and efficient.

Your condo was AWESOME! It was everything that I had hoped for. My family and I had a great time at the Maui Kai. The location was perfect as was the amenities you offered. My friends who live in Kula for 20 plus years thought we had found a great place. They were impressed. The best part is that it was affordable for us. I especially loved the corner unit and corner lanai. Thankyou again!!!! I have told all my friends about your condo and we hope to stay there again in the near future. Mahalo!

We have just gotten home from our visit to Maui, and what a fantastic visit we had!!! The condo was absolutely terrific! It was so well equipped, and we found everything we needed for our stay in Maui. Our stay in your condo was THE BEST!!!!

We had such a wonderful time I hated coming home. Your condo added to the enjoyment of our trip. We especially enjoyed the views from the lanai. Whale watching was a favorite pass time and we also were very privileged to see two HUGE Turtles swim up to the beach right in front of the lanai as they were mating. Our tour guide on the Road to Hana told us that people rarely see that. The condo was very comfortable. Thank you for sharing it with us. We look forward to other trips to Maui in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in #301 at the Maui Kai. And thank you so much for the fruit basket. Our eyes lit up when we saw the view! It made for a fantastic 25th wedding anniversary for us. We enjoyed all of the facilities, including the snorkeling gear. You have a great place on Maui and we hope to return in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay in 301 and look forward to possibly returning for a month next January. We found the unit very spacious for two and the corner unit is truly beautiful. We spent every morning on the computer staring out at the ocean. The location afforded us convenient access to five beautiful golf courses. You really have done a wonderful job anticipating your guest's needs. Thanks again for the accomodations and the hospitality. The visit was awesome – great views, lots of fun. Only wish we were there longer.

You have created a fantastic hide-away in Maui. We had a wonderful time on our short stay and will be back very soon again. We took the advice of one of your other guests and ha dinner at Momma's Fish House. It was out of this world! Took a day trio to Hana. Beautiful. If you go make sure to plan some time to hang out on Hamoa Beach. We spent the night on the porch and really "Awake to Waves". SEE YOU SOON AGAIN!

We had such a fantastic vacation here in Maui. This was our first visit to Maui and it could not have been more perfect! Maui Kai #301 offered us everything we needed for a great tropical vacation. The view from the lanai is breathtaking! Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. We look forward to recommending this spot to our friends and family.

We are so sad to be leaving - heading back to St. Louis winter! We were celebrating my 60th birthday - oh wow! We had a wonderful time seeing all of Maui that we could from one end to the other - but every time we returned to #301 we would say, "The Best is Here!" - although I do admit I also tremendously enjoyed powered hang-gliding from Hana and my husband loved the Volcano Tour and snorkeling! All the efforts you put into this "home" made our stay A#1! Big Mahalo for all you did and for the lovely "Birthday Fruit Basket" that greeted us!

We too, were here celebrating our one year wedding anniversary- even toted the frozen top of the cake all the way here - and had a wonderful time! We loved watching sunsets from the lanai and sleeping out there with the sound of the waves and gentle breezes. The peace we found here was just what we needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality- we loved coming home to our place after our busy days. Hopefully, we will again some day.

Our week on Maui was unbelievable, couldn't have been more perfect. Staying home in the beautiful condo, exploring the waters and having a glass of wine on the lanai made wonderful memories. We hope to return.

Your place couldn't have been more perfect for our family while we were in Maui. It almost felt like our own home because we did not want for anything. We loved the snorkeling gear and found a most beautiful place to explore. An eel even jumped out at us!! : We took a sunset cruise and guess where they parked the boat for the sunset? Yep- you guessed it, right outside 301. We could have stayed on the lanai and saved the money. We jumped off the rock at the Sheraton and felt 20 something again. The kids really loved that. We loved your place so much that after a week we sent our kids home to family and had 2 days to ourselves. We had so much fun. We definitely hope to stay again next year and congratulate you on owning such a lovely place on Maui. Thank you for all your hospitality while we were here!

Thank you for all the details… the beach toys (for kids and grown ups!) the very well equipped kitchen and the fabulous views. We had a wonderful time with our 2 boys and look forward to a return visit.

Maui Kai #301 was a wonderful 'home' for our family during our stay in Maui. Thank you, Shayla and Mark, for the excellent accommodations, and helping to make our trip comfortable, memorable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the Lanai, eating most of our meals there; reading late into the evenings, and gazing at the lovely views, sunrise and sunset. We gave our boys, aged 7 and 9, the bedroom so we could sleep on the lanai every night! What a treat! We made good use of the kitchen, no nicely equipped and clean. The décor throughout the condo was much to our liking as well. We have been to Hawaii many times but this was our first trip with our boys, and we appreciated the kid-friendly atmosphere and activities available. The location, the quiet, the long walks and swimming, it was all delightful, a trip we will never forget. We will certainly be happy to recommend Maui Kai #301 to anyone considering a trip to Maui.

Our stay in #301 was fabulous. We had such a great time! The location was perfect and you both made it very baby friendly. It was our 1st big trip with the baby. I would recommend your accommodations to anyone with small children. Thanks for making everything so easy!

You were right!! -- We loved it!! We had such an incredible time -- but I have been trying to curb my enthusiasm because I have told so many people about #301 that I'm afraid that if we get to return, one of my friends or their friends will be there ahead of me!! — T. decided that he would ignore the Maui legends and take some lava & assorted volcano rocks home -- he then lost his glasses, had our rental cars tire go flat, dropped the digital camera & broke it & then locked the keys in the car on check-out day!! -- Pele at work!! I drug that bag of rocks to the beach north of Kaanapali and dumped them under a tree — we made it to St. Louis in one piece.

Yes, our visit did exceed our expectations. We have never enjoyed ourselves as much as we did during this visit. And, we would like to return sometime during either March or April for, hopefully, a longer time. We never used the air-conditioning, we opened up the windows and pulled back the screens and let the air in...The very first time that we came to Hawaii we stayed at the Maui Kai --and that is how we got hooked. We won that at a Charity auction. We ate many of our dinners at the Condo because the Sunset is SOO spectacular. - We thank you!!!

We are back from Maui and had a great time. The condo was great and we found everything we needed there. We got a lot of use from the snorkel equip. Sleeping out on the lanai was the best part....we are thinking of rebooking for next year too! thanks again.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the condo very much. Mark and Shayla have done a wonderful job of provisioning the condo with all of the essentials and everything was in great condition.

Maui Kai is rated a 'Solid Gold Value' by the very critical, popular and ever informative 'Maui Revealed' travel guide book. Available at the condo, but the most valuable planning tool we've found. Once you purchase the book you get a password to the Maui Revealed website which has detailed reviews on all accommodations and restaurants in Maui !

Maui Revealed comments include, "Though the building is old and the exterior unimpressive, this one's a winner. They are impossibly close to the water- around 25 feet! - so rooms look almost straight down in the water. Their sandy beach is narrow but gets wider next door. The pool obviously wouldn't fit on the oceanside so it's tucked away on the mountain side and has no view. But the rooms have stunning views and are priced very reasonably." He goes on later to say, "Corner units offer particularly tasty views."

...Great weather, fun in the sun. What can we say! Snorkeling every day and wonderful trying to identify all the fish. The further out the better. We enjoyed our morning, afternoon, and sunset on the lanai having all our meals with the sound of surf. Our main menu being fruit and more fruit. We found the produce market just up the road has great fresh pineapple.

...Had a wonderful honeymoon staying here, thanks so much. It certainly is a window to Heaven. Ate dinner, breakfast, played monopoly on the lanai, so romantic. Had such fun at the luau and sunset cruise. Walked down the beach every morning finding shells. Only rained once during 10 days, weather just fabulous.

What can we say? Nice! Nice! Nice! Nice! Nice! Nice! God willing and we are able, we are coming back ASAP to this beautiful, wonderful window to Heaven...
