The Maui Kai Beach Resort, Kaanapali Beach, Maui

The Maui Kai Beach Resort is located on Kaanapali Beach, two miles north of the Lahaina Town Center and three miles south of Kapalua. The resort is located beachfront between the Mahana Resort and the Sunterra Kaanapali Beach Club. This was the first resort built on Kaanapali Beach and because the ocean set back requirements were not as strict when the resort was built as they are today, it is the closest resort to the ocean on Kaanapali Beach. Situated on the beach, guests in every unit can enjoy views of the Hawaiian Islands of Molokai and Lanai and occasional showings of humpback whales and spinner dolphins.

5 units at the Maui Kai are available through Aloha Condos Maui and you work directly with the owners. There are 3 one-bedroom beachfront units - 108, 301 and 504 - and 2 beachfront studio - units 206 and 306.

Paul & Shirley has two units at the Maui Kai. Lovely ground floor one-bedroom - unit 108 with direct access to the beach from the lanai.

Paul & Shirley also own unit 206, a second-floor beachfront studio condo that has 180 degree views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Mark & Shayla have a third-floor, corner one-bedroom condo at the Maui Kai - unit 301 with incredible ocean views.

David & Cathy own unit 306, a third-floor beachfront studio condo that gives you the feeling that you are right on the ocean.

Lyn & Al have just completed a complete remodel of their be unit 504, a fifth-floor one-bedroom beachfront unit with expansive ocean views.

Secure reservations and policies are the same for all condos and you work directly with the owners for all bookings, billings and questions. Rates vary based on the time of year and unit number.
