A $250 security deposit is required with this reservation and we will process a credit card authorization in that amount prior to your arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo or contents, missing contents, excessive cleaning required after checkout, for exceeding the maximum number of overnight guests or refusing entry to routine pest control service.
Quarterly routine, preventative pest control service for the 2023/24 year will be posted at the Nohonani Building. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable allowing the pest control technician to enter the unit to perform a light, perimeter spray of the inside baseboards and under the sinks as well as the lower perimeter of the lanai.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the condo lanai and doing so will result in full loss of security deposit.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
Free parking is provided for one vehicle. Provided parking pass must be displayed in vehicle.
Note reservations made are for four guests. An additional guest fee for guests exceeding four will be charged when when booking the reservation. The additional guest fee is $20 per guest per night. Nohonani 305 cannot accommodate guests in excess of six.
Nohonani 305 can accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to six people. The unit has one king bed, two twin XL beds and a pull out queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Be advised that guests that are sensitive to natural morning sunlight may not desire the sleeping arrangement of the living room sofa sleeper.
Construction noise coming from neighboring buildings or from individually owned units is not under our control. Maui County enforces strict quiet hours on any construction noise.
Guests are expected to follow Nohonani Building posted "House Rules" including quiet hours, pool hours, and to please avoid hanging beach towels on the lanai railing.

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Please be certain to plan your arrival and departure days accordingly. Should your check-out time occur later than 11 AM, a late fee may be incurred as our cleaning staff needs adequate time to prepare for the next guest.
The reservation deposit is nonrefundable; however if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the full reservation deposit may be applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability).
Cancellation made within 30 days of the check-in date results in loss of all payments.
