The Good: excellent location, 1 minute to beach, balcony faces a quiet garden with a glimpse of the beach and ocean. Comfortable, well supplied, kind and responsive owner. Lovely little BBQ and picnic area, building has a friendly old-Hawaii vibe, great parking. Not so good:... more condo needs a reno, especially the kitchen, badly siliconed sink is a haven for bugs (Don’t leave any food on the counter). Only one ceiling fan, closet and bathroom doors are hard to open and close. No place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. No safe for money and passports. Overall, we enjoyed our week stay in this studio condo. less

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo, it was located close to the beach and the nearby shopping areas. The condo was clean and it has decent amenities. We would book it again if we come back to this area of Maui.

All time best place!

We love staying at Napili Bay Resort! This was our fourth time staying there, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Maui. It’s all about the location, best beach, best sunsets, best swimming! I worried that w/o air conditioning, I’d be too warm, but there’s... more a lovely breeze blowing through, and it has everything you need. less
