2 guests maximum regardless of age.  Please do not complete the booking process if you exceed that number.

The 20% reservation deposit is nonrefundable.  If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, this deposit may be applied to a new reservation in the same condo beginning up to one year from the original arrival date.  Nonrefundable final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If booking within 30 days of arrival, nonrefundable full payment is required. 

A $350 security deposit credit card authorization will be processed shortly before your arrival. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A charge may occur for excessive cleaning required at checkout, damaged or missing contents, smoking, exceeding the allowed number of overnight guests, refusal to allow pest control services access during routine service calls or non-adherence to check-in/checkout times.

Check-in time is 3 PM or later and checkout time is 11 AM or sooner. The condo will not be accessible prior to 3 PM and cleaners will access the unit at 11 AM on day of checkout.
