condo 207

nice condo on napili bay, easy access to the bay for swimming and relaxing from the condo itself, great amenities in the kitchen (large refrigerator, cleaning items, etc) bath was a little tight, all in all a good value

— Paula, Stayed 03/21/2023

Home Sweet Hawaiian Home

My wife and I just returned from our two week vacation in Unit 207. We have stayed there before and will come back again. The condo directly overlooks Napili Beach which is gorgeous. Watching the whales, turtles, sunsets, and rainbows from the balcony were almost a daily event. It is a 2 minute walk from the condo to the beach. The beach is sand, has good snorkeling and good swimming. The condo is neat and clean and well laid out. Here are some other less obvious reasons we love 207: 1. Amy Buser, the manager in behalf of the Buser family trust that owns the condo is super efficient, gets back to you rapidly, and very pleasant to talk to 2. All the appliances are basic (in other words simple to operate and dependable) and all of them are in very good working order. Even the kitchen sink spray hose works if you can imagine! 3. In addition to Amy, there is a local person on Maui you can call if you have any issues. Only once have I done that (I had trouble with the TV remote) and she was on it, and had someone out to the condo in about 30 minutes. Note it was my fault, not the fault of the remote. 4. For Janine and I Unit 207 seems like our Hawaiian home, and we give it a solid five stars. less

Lovely

Great location right on the beach! Beautiful grounds. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. 2ply toilet paper would have been nice for the price, lol. Will definately be back!

Best vacation ever!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Napili Bay resort last week and we cannot wait to come back. A beautiful, serene getaway from the every day life. We were impressed with the view the most and the sounds of the crashing waves. We will be back for sure! less

Excellent Location!

We have stayed at other units in this facility, but this beachfront property has a charm that the side units cannot match! It was perfect for us to come, get married on the beach, and have a great comfortable stay. We will be back for sure! less

— Dean, Stayed 03/31/2022

wonderful location

We loved our stay on Napili Beach at this condo. It was small, but just right for 2 people who spent very little time in the room. We love the location. I only wish the deck furniture was counter height so as to be able to see over the deck railing. less

We LOVED our time here!

Will and I stayed in three places on the island. Wailea, Hana, and Napili Bay. We were here half of our trip, and it was by far the favorite place we stayed. THE VIEW is incredible, and it was fun to fall asleep to the the sound of waves. I was worried about it being hot since there is not AC, but it was not a problem at all (we stayed in January). There is plenty of parking, and the room is literally right on the water. We had so fun people watching from the balcony haha! The room had most things you would need for cooking and a dishwasher which was a plus. It would be nice to have salt/pepper/cooking oil in the room as we didn't want to have to buy a full size just to throw away at the end of our stay. Overall 5 stars easily. We already want to come back! less

Great Condo, Great Manager

My beautiful wife and I just finished our first post - pandemic vacation at Napili, in unit 207. We had a wonderful time. The condo was spotlessly clean, everything worked, and the view from the balcony was endlessly spectacular. In addition to the condo working well, I'd like to give a shout out to Amy, who is the condo manager for the Buser family. In every aspect of this trip she was great to work with, including making reservations, providing reminders, working with us dealing with Hawaii pandemic closures and re-opening, even helping us figure out the TV remotes. It makes a difference who is managing a unit, and Amy definitely earned five stars! less

Owner/Manager Response

We are so happy you had a wonderful time at Napili in unit 207. Those views really are spectacular, aren't they!? Mahalo for the kind words and compliments. We are beyond flattered, but couldn't do any of it without such amazing guests like yourself, so thank you! We are looking forward to your return trip! Aloha!

such a great spot!

everything was exactly as we hoped - thank you! we love being so close to the ocean, and napili bay is the best! the interiors were all nicely updated - except for the bathroom (time to renovate that too!). we loved our time there and hope to go back again, and again, .... less

Owner/Manager Response

So glad to hear that you loved your time at Napili Bay! We also love being close to the ocean - falling asleep to the sound of the waves is the best. Thanks for the feedback on the bathroom - we've got it on our radar. Looking forward to hosting you again soon. Aloha!

On the Beach

This was a very cute and quaint space right on the beach! It takes only 30 seconds to walk to the beach. It had everything we needed.

— Ann, Stayed 06/25/2021

Loved it!

Great location! The condo was nice and equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Loved the added closet in the built in for extra space to hang your clothes. Nice bar-b-q area that we used a lot. Will definitely be back.

#207

You could not ask for a better location. We saw whales, turtles and seals right from the condo. Beach is right there with plenty of room. Condo is clean and comes with everything you may need (unless you need a beach umbrella). Located near stores and great restaurants and just a short drive to Lahaina for more options. less

March 2021

We have stayed in this condo complex several times over the years. We know it is an older building but totally adequate for our needs. We love the Lanai that is right on the sand. We love watching the whales and enjoying the beach without the sand! This trip, this condo had not been occupied for some time most likely due to covid travel restrictions. There were many things wrong, keys hidden in a drawer, shower curtain would not stay up. no wifi and tv not working, garbage disposal not working. The property manager Colin was very nice and attentive as was the owner (from afar). But all this fixing did not make our precious trip very good. It was "well another thing does not work". We worked hard to get to Hawaii with covid testing etc and this was a disappointment. less

— Susan, Stayed 03/14/2021

Owner/Manager Response

Mahalo for the review and being a return guest. We understand how amazing the location is and strive to provide a fully functioning unit for our guests to enjoy while on vacation. You were our first visitors since the Covid restrictions began, and we sincerely apologize for the hiccups that impacted your stay as we were getting the property up and running again. The issues you mentioned (keys were inadvertently tucked in a drawer while housekeeping was sanitizing, TV cable box replaced the next day, WiFi fixed nearly immediately with a reset, garbage disposal unplugged, and a quick shower curtain rod replacement) are not normally problems and we are glad that they were fixed relatively quickly. We hope we will see you in the future to enjoy whale-watching from the lanai on the beach. With aloha, A

Wonderful bliss

Everything was perfect. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay!! We left our windows open every night and loved the sound of the crashing waves. Condo was clean and everything worked great. Plenty of room for everything we wanted to do. Will come for 2-3 weeks next time. less

— Lynda, Stayed 02/18/2020

Perfect!

Napili Bay Resort is perfect for us. We have stayed in ocean front units 2 years. The view from the lanai is amazing, the bay is beautiful, the beach pristine. The studio condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay (the fan gives out enough air movement in January, for summer months, it may not be enough). There are restaurants and a grocery store close by, Kapalua Bay is walking distance. Thanks for the Aloha Condos tote (now I have a canvas one and a nylon one...nice!) We will be back because I miss falling asleep to the pounding waves! less

— Jacki, Stayed 02/13/2020

Good deal for beachfront condo

The bed was comfortable. The location was amazing. The bathroom a good size, shower water pressure acceptable (Maui seems to be having municipal water shortages so I can't complaint). Plenty of bath towels provided, as well as a few mini bottles of shampoo and hotel-size soaps. You may need additional shampoo and soap depending on how long you stay (I always bring my own anyways). The view is spectacular. Parking never a problem. Did I mention the view is spectacular!?! The kitchen had some very basic supplies, but if you plan to cook, definitely get what you need and perhaps get a sponge. (Plenty of dish towels are provided). Dishwasher worked well, and soap is provided. There are lots of pots and pans and a nice knife set and silverware. There is a Mr Coffee machine (they gave us a starter coffee pack for your first day) but you might want to get some "basket" style filters at the store. The nearby Napili Market has everything you may need! Really great market! A few caveats which are just things to be aware of and not negative: The internet in Napili in general seems to be very slow. ADSL over old phone lines. ATT had poor cell coverage, but Verizon coverage was good. Be aware that there is no air conditioning; this may bother some people. But often it's not an issue. Also be aware if you've never stayed in an ocean-front room that THE WAVES ARE LOUD! I was mixed on that, our friends who stayed in a unit downstairs loved the waves, my wife wasn't as much as a fan. You will probably need to leave the shutters/windows open at night unless you like sleeping warm. The beach is great. There is a lot of good snorkeling right out front. Kids love the beach! If you hate the sound of children playing, you might want to stay somewhere else, but I loved waking up to the sounds of happy kids playing on the beach. There is an "Ice Hut" with a nice ice machine, as well as coin-op laundry and a picnic BBQ area. PS- There are 4 close by places to eat: The Gazebo which apparently is a breakfast/lunch place that gets really busy during the prime season. The line was at least an hour long when we tried to go there. After that we gave up. The Sea House is a bar and restaurant in a neighboring Napili Kai resort a little ways down on the beach. It's very expensive for dinner, but for Breakfast/Lunch it's reasonable, and the food is quite good. If you want a great view, sit in the bar, and you can look at your Napili Bay Resort room from the other side of the beach. Occasionally it can get very busy, but if there are only 2 of you, go for the bar seating. The drinks are pretty good, although the garnishments can vary depending on how busy the bartender is. They stop serving food at 9, and the bar is open until 10. Kitchen 5315 is attached to the adjacent Napili Shores resort, and it feels like a more casual, family place. We had a decent dinner there, and it wasn't too expensive. Friday nights are Prime Rib night, and it was pretty good. Very good for the price. The ambience is kind of strange; it could be anywhere. The food is decent but not amazing. It satisfies you but you're not going to insist all your friends go there. I'm glad it was there though! The fancy Merriman's place we couldn't get into; it was booked weeks in advance during the Christmas season. PRO TIP: There is a little snack bar in the Napili Kai resort a bit back from the beach. We didn't try it but it's a good option when everything else is booked and you just need some food. One more thing: the maintenance guy was super responsive when our fan didn't work; brought us a replacement right away. Summary: Based on the price we paid at high season, it was a good value. Normally I'd prefer something with air conditioning and more amenities, but this was half the cost. So well worth it! less

Amazing View

Amy and Chuck were great to work with and made booking easy. The unit has everything you need including beach chairs and boards. The views from the lanai are amazing. We will be back.

Incredible View, Fantastic Location, Peaceful Vibe, Sparkling Clean Condo

This was our first trip to Hawaii, so we spent a great deal of time researching accommodations on Maui. We got incredibly lucky with our selection of Napili Bay Resort! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the buildings are extremely well-maintained. It was a pleasure coming home from our island adventures to the peace and tranquility of the complex. The unit was very clean and comfortable during our week-long stay. We spent most of our time on the lanai soaking in the incredible postcard view of Napili Bay and Molaka'i. During the day the beach was filled with families, couples, and friends enjoying surf and sand. The snorkeling in Napili Bay and neighboring Kapalua Bay was incredible. And there's even a Snorkel Bob's just a 2-3 minute walk from the complex. After each beautiful sunset, the beach was perfect for strolling under the stars. We explored quite a few areas on Maui and honestly, the Napili and Kapalua Bay area was hands-down our favorite. It's just much lower density housing and such a beautiful, quiet corner of the island. The Kapalua Coastal trail is a 5-10 minute walk from the condo and provides easy access to the scenic Hawea Point, Oneloa Beach, Makaluapuna Point (Dragon's Teeth), DT Fleming Beach Park, and the Mahana Ridge Trail. In addition to Snorkel Bob's, the 808 Surf Shop next door offered SUP rentals and a great selection of sun/surf gear and clothing (at excellent prices). There's walkable dining options as well, but we opted for a more DIY approach by shopping at the Napili Market (less than a mile away and enroute to/from other island destinations). They had many prepared foods available, as well as a great produce and beer/wine section. No need to buy ice, since Napili Bay Resort has a free ice machine you can use to fill your cooler(s)! We also had great meals from Maui Tacos and Joey's Kitchen (next door to Napili Market). But back to the condo... Our studio unit (207) was neat and tidy with everything we needed during our week-long stay. The place was super-clean when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the shower nice and hot, and the kitchen was well-equipped, especially for preparing and packing up picnic lunches (yes, even an assortment of tupperware containers!). There were also two nice beach chairs, a small cooler, and beach towels. We also took advantage of the on-site laundry facilities our last day. Napili Market sells individual laundry detergent packets for $1 and washing/drying will set you back $4 in quarters (there is a bill changer in the laundry gazebo). I should also note that the communication and overall booking experience with the folks at Aloha Condos was excellent. All of the booking fees and time-tables were clearly stated and I didn't have to worry about anything once I placed the booking. I mention this because it can be a little daunting "hoping" that everything goes smoothly when you are buying airline tickets and setting up a vacation rental 6-12 months in advance. I highly recommend Aloha Condos, and wouldn't hesitate to book any of their properties in the future. Although I will say that if we're ever lucky enough to return to Maui, I will absolutely try to book Napili Bay Resort! less

Condo 207 at the Napili Bay Resort

Condo 207 at the Napili Bay Resort was a great place to base my vacation. It was nicely furnished, clean and met all my needs during my stay. The arrival gifts were a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. I would definitely consider returning, hopefully sooner rather than later. I really was happy that there was a portable fan available for my use. My only suggestion would be to maybe get a more powerful fan. Because of the northwest exposure of the beachside of the condo, that side of the unit gets quite warm in the afternoon and evening, while the parking lot side of the unit stays relatively cool. I used the fan near the entry door to blow cool air into the condo and moderately improve the comfort level. A more powerful fan could have been a significant improvement. Other than that (not a big deal), I was quite pleased with Condo 207. less

— ROBERT, Stayed 07/10/2019

Perfect views!

There’s no way to beat the view from the lanai! Whales, turtles and sand - perfect! The condo itself could use a bit of an update. But it was clean and the sheets and towels were snowy white. The bag of goodies that were waiting for us when we got there was really appreciated! We enjoyed our stay, loved the snorkeling, and will probably be back. less

My preferred place on Maui

I have stayed in other parts of Maui on many visits since first coming to the island 40 years ago. Napali Bay is where I love to stay. The Napili Bay Resort is my choice for an excellent location on the beach. Room 207 was just right for our place away from home. All things necessary for fixing meals. The view of the beach, ocean, sunsets and whales are the best. Bring binoculars. Grocery store 3 minutes away and the Seahouse Restaurant can't be much better with the food and view. I'll be back God willing. Surf was high and noisy this time for some reason only negative. Didn't help with sleep. less

— Mack, Stayed 02/06/2019

Most Wonderful Vacation Ever!

We had the most wonderful vacation ever while staying at Napili Bay Resort. We found the condo to be clean, well equipped and you cannot beat the view! We woke up to sea turtles swimming by the rocks right outside the condo the first morning and spotted whales spouting on and off throughout our stay. If you are looking for a place to get out of the heat, this may not be the right place for you because it is not air conditioned, but we couldn't get enough of the warmth and the fan provided was enough to ensure a great night's sleep for us. This condo is situated in a great location. You can travel either direction to get to amazing beaches or you can park the beach chairs provided outside your condo and have a more than amazing day swimming and enjoying the beach life. We have stayed at Napili Bay Resort with family and friends on at least three occasions and have always left feeling very satisfied. It is truly an amazing place and the owners have prepared a complication free experience where you can just relax and enjoy. This is one of our favorite places on Earth. less

Great place to stay

We loved staying in 207. This was our 2nd time staying at these condos. They are a few steps away from most beautiful beach in Maui. The condo is very comfortable, and Chuck the owner left us a nice gift bag filled with very special treats. We will definitely stay here again. I also want to add that it is very clean. less

BEST EVER!!

We enjoyed this place so much! We were there with two other couples. Location is perfect! The only thing I would suggest is captain height chairs on the lanai to see over the railing. Other than that, PERFECT!!

The Napili Bay UNIT 207

I have been coming to Napili Bay for vacations for over 50 years and stayed at every property including the Napili Kai Hotel except The Napili Bay.. We just got back from 10 days in Unit 207 and had a wonderful time. Chuck Busser was extremely helpful and made sure everything was set. We have already booked for next year. Our friends will also be joining us again in another unit. This place is really beach front and truly a piece of paradise. Tim and Stephanie Peres less

Very pleasant couple of days!

We enjoyed our stay in your unit and can highly recommend it to others considering the Nepili area. The unit is clean, comfortable and right on the beach! Waiting for us on our arrival was a very thoughtful gift —- I tote bag with chocolate and other goodies. A very nice welcome! If we are lucky enough to return some day we will definitely stay in the Napili Bay Resort in Condo 207. less

Wonderful Stay. Can’t wait to get back.

You just can’t beat being right on the beach at Napili Bay. Loved listening to the waves crash all night. Chuck and Deb provided all the beach stuff necessary. Can’t wait to go back.

— Sam, Stayed 01/05/2018

Good room, beach, view, snorkeling

The condo was easy to find, parking right in front of the room, one easy flight of stairs and you're in. The self check in was nice. Upon entry you see your unobstructed view on blue ocean. The room was comfortable and clean. The rental agent left a bag of goodies which was a nice touch. The chairs, boogie boards, and towels were great and all in like new condition. The beach right in front of the room was nice. Their are no rocks upon entry and the water is perfect. Small shore break was great to hear at night. The snorkeling off the beach was excellent plenty of fish and sea turtles to see. The only downside, which did not bother us, was no a/c and the room was very hard to cool down the first night. They should leave some windows open after cleaning, that would help. Overall a great stay and we would return. less

— Jeff, Stayed 10/01/2017

Great stay, goodbye tree

I had a great stay un unit 207. I really appreciate the extra fans in the unit, that I could put by the doors to suck some cool air in. Great!!! It was surreal to see the big malo tree go over. Hopefully that turns out OK. Ineresting experience, but still a beautiful beach and super view from the lanai. Kinda scary for a minute, when the ocean came within a few feet of the building. High tide. less

Just Right

We had a fabulous time at the Napili Bay Resort, Condo #207. The location was perfect for swimming, snorkeling and enjoying beautiful sunsets from the lanae. We appreciated all the amenities of the condo--well stocked, nicely furnished, good bed, very clean. The reservation process went very smoothly and all was exactly as the owner said it would be. We would love to come back to this unit again. Mahalo. less

Amazing view, great location!

We loved our stay at the Napili Bay Resort, unit 207. It was clean, comfy and SUPER close to a beautiful beach. The location is great for walking to local restaurants and coffee shops. It is also close to plenty of great sights on the west side of Maui. Be sure to check out the sunset each evening. We'd stay here again! less

Happy "Campers"

In February, we spent 10 nights in Condo 207, enjoying the spectacular view of Napili Bay. Sitting on our balcony watching the whales was worth the price of admission! The beach is lovely, and in addition to whales, there were sea turtles to entertain us. The condo is clean and comfortable and suited us to a 'T.' It was our first experience of renting a condo, and it was entirely successful--we will do it again. However, perhaps next time we will choose a non-oceanfront condo as the waves do not shut off at bedtime! It was nice to be lulled to sleep by the waves, but if you are sensitive to noise, you should select a garden view unit. The barbecue area was perfect for us, and it was nice to chat with other folks while dinner was cooking. The laundry hut was convenient. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The location was far enough from the busy-ness of Lahaina but close enough to access easily when we wanted to. Thank you for the welcome gift...the pineapple and chocolate macadamia nuts were delicious! We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend Napili Bay Resort. We hope to return. less

— Jane, Stayed 03/04/2017

Beachfront Bliss

Returned for a second visit to Napili Bay condos and first time in unit 207. We love the location, and the condo was indeed well appointed, including the gift basket essentials (most appreciated for those arriving late in the evening!) For other visitors arriving in winter months, we concur with reviewers who advise ear plugs for sleeping, as the waves crash in Jan/Feb as opposed to gently lapping the shore (our experience in July). Also agree that a light over the table would make evening meals, by necessity without candlelight) more enjoyable. All other times were spent enjoying the sea view from the lanai: this view can’t be beat! We look forward to future visits, and thanks to the owners for the thoughtful amenities and personal touch. less

Wonderful Location - Good Clean Unit

Beach front unit was super convenient. Napili Bay is amazing and our unit was right on it with a direct view of the bay. The welcome bag and goodies were a great surprise from the owner. We had a wonderful time.

— Kenneth, Stayed 01/31/2017

Loved it.

We loved our stay in Condo 207 and would have stayed longer if we could. The condo was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Particularly enjoyed the addition of beach chairs and boogey boards. The location is what makes it so special - right on the beach with whale spotting an easy sport. Our next door neighbour was loud and sadly, enjoyed her balcony. Other than that, a perfect place to stay (and there isn't much the owners could do about the Loud Family!!) less

— Adele, Stayed 01/12/2017

Beach front (really)

Great little condo. Perfect for two people. Its really right on the beach. Our only complaint was that we are late sleepers and it gets loud with people on the beach early. There are no windows but shutters and screen so the ocean and kids can distract your sleep. In the day it's perfect. Go the the beach run 20 ft to your condo and grab a beer if you get thirsty. We would stay again. Great affordable little spot. less

Condo 207

Enjoyed our stay, as always, at Napili Bay. We've been vacationing at Naplii Bay over the past 30+ years, or so, whenever we're lucky enough to secure a condo for a week. Condo was pefect size and all the basics were provided. Welcome bag with goodies and coffee was a nice treat. Great location for viewing the sunsets each evening and having our coffee on the lanai every morning. Weather was perfect all week and found a new spot for snorkeling that we highly recommend. Ahini Kinau Marine Reserve, south of Makena State Park. Visitors should consider leaving a tip for the cleaning crew who haul a hand cart up two flights of stairs each day to clean the units, as there are no elevators. Perfect getaway on the beach

Napili Bay condos are such a great location! The beach is amazing, and condo 207 sits right on the beach, so you have a lovely view right from your lanai, and can fall asleep to the sound of waves. We would highly recommend staying here!

Stay at Napili Bay condos

I loved this condo. I felt at home, not like at a big resort. It had all the amenities, granite counters flat screened TV. I had a welcome beach bag filled with coffee, macadamia nuts and chocolates. I didn't want to leave. I overlooked the beach, slept to the sound of the ocean. I will return again, I loved it! less

Amazing time

We just stayed in #207 in February 2016 and we had a wonderful time. The condo was comfortable, right on the beach and couldn't have been any better. Napili is our favorite area and the beach there is like no other. We loved the bag with goodies in it when we arrived, the wifi was convenient, the beach chairs were awesome and we were able to BBQ and do laundry and it was just all very easy. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! less

Wonderful as always although bring ear plugs if waves are large for sleeping. If we had anything to say negative it could have been a little larger bed. A queen at least.

Owner/Manager Response

Thanks for the review, John.  207 does have a queen bed, but I also have 2 other oceanfront units at Napili Bay with king beds.  We look forward to your return! Chuck

Perfect Honeymoon Spot

We came to Napili Bay for three nights during our honeymoon to Oahu, Kauai and Maui. It was absolutely perfect and our favorite place that we stayed during the entire two-week trip. The condo overlooks a beautiful sandy beach on a picturesque bay where many of the condo communities are located on rocky parts of the shore. You can swim, snorkel, kayak, SUP... enjoy pretty much any water activities right in front of the condo. There is a particularly attractive reef with plenty of coral and tons of fish to check out while you snorkel. There is also a Snorkel Bob's right around the corner from the condo for you to rent any equipment you may need. The condo even has beach chairs and boogie boards for you to enjoy. We were in Maui in February, and there were whales everywhere you look on the horizon. It was really incredible. On top of that, there is a small kitchen with all of the basics, including a dishwasher (!) and a programable coffee maker. There is also a laundry facility where you can do laundry for $1.50 a load. Chuck and Deb, the owners, left us a thoughtful goodie bag with chocolates, snacks and water. The only issues that I thought would be a problem were the small bed and no air conditioning, and they ended up not an issue at all. Opening the louvered doors and windows creates a relaxing cross breeze, and there are fans in the condo to keep you cool. The smaller bed (a full, I think) was comfortable and we didn't mind it being so small because being next to the crashing waves puts you right to sleep. On top of all the great things I've already mentioned, this quaint community is close to a grocery store, casual dining options like Maui Taco and Mama's Rotisserie and Ribs, and even upscale dining establishments like Merriman's and Cane and Canoe. The Sea House, just up the beach, has great food and cocktails, not to mention an insane sunset view from the bar. I cannot recommend this condo enough! less

Do away with the interim maid service

This was the fourth time we have rented this same condo. We have come back because of its location, it has everything we need, and the price is much better than others in the area. It was improved this time, although the table needs more light near it. We missed not having a table for a meal on the lanai, but the chairs were all right and we still used it a lot. We had only one problem that might actually affect our decision about returning... The required interim maid service was a huge pain. I was told that they came mid-day, but when I called to check, the service said that I could only affect the time by requesting morning or afternoon. Since we didn't want them at 8:00 a.m., we had to request afternoon. We were there when they came and we left to do some shopping while they were there. I asked how long we should expect them to be and they said 20 minutes. I am sure that that was all they stayed because they didn't do much. They didn't even wipe off the table or do much cleaning in the bathroom. We kept the place pretty clean and we would have preferred to wash the towels and sheets ourselves at our own schedule and not had to deal with them. less

— Katherine, Stayed 01/25/2016

Owner/Manager Response

Katherine, we do require interim (mid-stay) cleans on longer bookings; however we also discount the daily rate on longer stays which more than offsets the cost of the mid-stay clean.  This was all fully disclosed to you prior to booking.  If you were unsatisfied with the quality of the cleaning, a simple phone call to myself or my local contact would have remedied that – I regret you didn’t afford us that opportunity. What a great place to stay for our first trip to Hawaii!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Napili Bay Resort. The condo was just the perfect size for the two of us and was right on the beach! The instructions that were sent to us prior to our arrival were perfect. There was also a detailed note left for us in the condo with a sweet welcome gift! There was a small cooler, beach chairs and beach towels provided. The kitchen had all of the usual necessities and the condo was clean and in good repair. The only complaint was that the bed seemed a little small for a Queen size. The beach was small and got a little crowded with the other resorts nearby, but it was still nice to walk out the door and down the stairs and be right on the beach. We will hopefully go back someday and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The price was excellent for what we got! less

A great fit for our purpose and taste with a wonderful beachfron

The studio unit was compact but very quiet with a nice layout and comfortable feeling. We particularly appreciated the older 2-storey character of the building with the wood shutters including the updated furnishings & appointments. While the bathroom layout was excellent with lots of hot water, the shower could be updated. The tile floor was great and easy to maintain versus carpet. We very much appreciated the beachfront location and the friendly sense of community with so many regular long stay visitors. The owner & resident managers were extremely responsive to our small issues (unknown insect bites & a replacement beach chair). Although we followed the recommendation to keep the doors closed in the evening, which helped to reduce the number of bites, we continued to get a few bites, probably from spiders. Checking in at night, it is difficult to see the lockbox key pad for this unit, as the corridor light is dim. Advise people to bring a flashlight or provide clear instructions that there is an resident manager with contact information for any issues checking in. We made a point of keeping our unit clean on a daily basis & felt it was unnecessary to have a mid-stay cleaning. We appreciated having lots of bath towels but it would have been nice to have 4 instead of 2 beach towels and at least 1 bath mat per week. The parking and laundry facilities were great as was the BBQ area. The beach was excellent. The location was perfect. The lanai was wonderful with the raised table and chairs however a lockbox for valuables within the unit would have been appreciated. Provision of basic condiments was appreciated & the kitchen utensils and cutlery were adequate. If there is an interest to expand the kitchen equipment, add a lemon squeezer and garlic press. Overall this was an excellent holiday condo and if nothing changed it wouldn't dissuade us from rebooking with the possible exception of the cost. Finally further long stay rate reductions would be very well received. less

This was our second time staying at Napili Bay and the resort never fails to deliver on being a great location and a good value. Maui vacation

Location location is what this place is all about. Napili Bay my favorite vacation location for 25 years. If you want a real Hawaiian vacation come to Napili Bay. Not a big fancy over crowded resort and elevators away from it all. Just steps to the water, and thats why most come to Hawaii. On this visit we have seen from our room lanai or beach, sea turtle, dolphins, and rays. (not whale season). Stayed 3 weeks. Will return. Only score down was cleanliness weresome ants in room, but its Hawaii even Marriott has them. less

Very enjoyable stay in Napili Bay 207

We spent 4 nights in 207 and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Yes, there are a few things that could be spruced up, the ceramic tiles on the floor are cracking, the shower could be updated, the shower was draining very slowly, I checked it out and there was about half a bar of soap stuffed down the drain...who does that! It worked fine after I pulled it out. Everything was very clean, the bed is comfortable, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler are included. The kitchen has everything you need and the view from the lanai is very nice, it is Napili Bay after all. There is a lot to do in the area, swimming, snorkelling and turtle watching are great, we did miss seeing the whales. The Napili Bay complex is very nice, a laundry building, a barbecue area and lots of parking. I would stay in this unit again and recommend it to anyone. The unit was booked through aloha Condos, excellent service as usual. less

A Special Place

We had a wonderful time, and the condo along with Napili Bay exceeded our expectations (which were very high to begin with). Like other reviewers have mentioned, the condo is clean and neat, it is literally right on the beach, and Napili Bay is awesome. One thing no one has mentioned, that I thought I would add to your reviews is the unique sense of community at Napili Bay Resort. In talking to other folks at the BBQ, or just in passing, I learned to my surprise that we were the only people who were visiting Napili Bay Resort for the first time. Which speaks volumes about what it is like. We were quickly adopted into the fold, and invited to the "watch the sunset together with snacks and drinks" ritual every evening. Sometimes there was music, sometimes just conversation, but it was always fun, and I appreciated that whenever I would run into someone at the resort I'd receive a pleasant "hi Greg". Already planning our return for next year, and hope you'll have us back! less

Nice place with a great view.

Nice location, clean unit. We weren't there very long, but were content with what it provided. Loved that the laundry facilities were in a separate unit and open 24/7. The only thing we really noticed was how thin the walls were and sound really travelled. You could hear people taking showers, having conversations, etc. It wasn't bothersome at all, just noticeable. Would stay there again, and got a beautiful gift basket as well. Staying longer would have been nice because Napili Bay seemed a prime spot for snorkeling. less

The best it gets when you want to really experience Maui.

The condo was very clean. A little small as we had 3 people in it, but made it work. Had everything we needed to feel at home. So close to town that cooking in the condo wasn't necessary. A little difficult for us Minnesotans to get used to the waves at night. Condo is far enough away from the busy town, yet not too far to be an inconvenience. Everyone at their condos were very considerate and respected other's privacy. You really can swim with the turtles, see dolphins, and whales right from the condo! less

It was right on the beach with terrific views and beautiful sunsets. The condo was just alright.

The lanai has a wonderful view, enjoying many sunsets and watching whales. The beach was ok. It rained quite a bit and there was a sudden drop off into the water, so it really isn't good for children. We ended up getting in the car and going to different beaches. The condo needs updating and was definitely not worth the rental price I paid. The shower water temperature would change continually while using it. I usually stay in Kihei and really enjoy that area of Maui much better. Had a nice time (it's Maui, after all), but will probably not stay there again. less

Owner/Manager Response

Liz, we’re glad you enjoyed the whales, beautiful sunsets and our ok beach. This condo does have an older remodel with tiled counters - exactly as displayed in photos and video on our website. We trust you found it fully cleaned and stocked for your visit. Recent updates include a brand new pillow-top mattress, and we just installed a new dishwasher. I personally checked the shower temperature and couldn’t duplicate the problem you describe, but had you contacted one of us – as you were invited to do if you experienced any difficulty – we would have checked it out immediately. Heaven or Paradise? You decide...

Fantastic location with absolutely wonderful views of Napili Bay, the beach, sea turtles, whales (in season), and it sounds like the waves are breaking at your bedside. If you are looking for super updated decor, this is not the spot for you. If you are looking for good value, clean accommodation, great location, and great service, this is the place! Unit 207: Napili Bay First Class

Unit 207 of Napili Bay Resort Condo is in Napili Bay probably the most beautiful bay in Maui. The unit is second floor beach front, is on the beach, you see the ocean, you hear the ocean, you fell the ocean, it's amazing I'm a surfer, i can hear the sound of the waves for days, it's not noisy. I didn't surf on august, in the bay you can paddle board or body board(you'll find 2 body boards in the unit). I found the unit 207 very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, you have everything you need, it's quite and really well kept as the entire condo, with parking, BBQ area, laundry. Napili Bay condo resort It's 10 minutes drive to Lahaina, you have a well equipped market in 2 minutes drive too. Having dinner on the lanai watching the sunset is wow!!!Amazing. Napili Bay stay in condo 207

Everything was wonderful. A lovely welcome basket filled with fresh fruit and chocolate-covered macadamia nuts and a tote bag to boot! The only problem we had was with the deep sand and the rapid decent due to my husband's legs not being in a very stable mode. He is in the middle of seeing a doctor and there are some issues. A flat beach would have been the best for us, but I did not ask about it in advance, so it is a lesson learned. Loved the snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles!!! less

Favorite beach location!

We arrived at Napili Bay Resort Condo 207 and were pleasantly surprised with a gift basket of fruit and chocolates. It is a cozy studio condo, but it was room enough for the two of us. It was well furnished with everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lack of a/c wasn't a problem because it was cool enough at night with the cross ventilation while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. From the patio, we had a great view of the bay and the sunsets over the edge of Molokai. Two very nice beach chairs, boogie boards and towels were provided. The very easy access to the great beach was a blessing. The only problem was on the first night our next door neighbors were up late into the early morning talking on their patio. Fortunately, this only happened on one night. Chuck was great with his email communications before we left home and quick to follow-up after our stay. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay in an exceptional location. We will definitely consider returning the next time we come to Maui. less

Winter wonderland.

We arrived at Condo 207 the first week of Feb. and were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fruit, chocolates, etc. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. We didn't need the a/c because it was chilly at night which was a surprise since most of our visits have been in winter and it hadn't been as cool. We could walk out the door and practically fall into the water and the bay is great even though it was a little choppy while we were there. There were beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards and probly noodles too since we left ours behind. It was well furnished with everything you'd need. We liked everything about the place except for the service. We paid a cleaning fee which I thought meant we had someone to take care of the condo (take out trash, change towels, maybe make the bed) but it didn't. We were pretty much on our own with that. There is an upside to that because we didn't have people roaming around in our room during the day while we were out. Kathy was very nice and gave us some good tips on places to eat. Chuck was good about emailing and staying in touch before we left home. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. less

2nd time at our favorite place on Maui

This was our second time staying at Napili Resort condos, and it is still the amazing, idyllic place I remember. We truly truly love this place ... we came here for a week with the goal of spending our days lounging around, swimming, and cooking yummy meals for ourselves. Mission accomplished. We've stayed many other places on the island and Napili Bay is by far our favorite. There are only two potentially negative aspects to this place: (1) no a/c, and (2) we found our bed (and the pillows in particular) to be rather uncomfortable. The no a/c isn't a big deal, but if you couple that with having trouble sleeping ... can be a bad combination. I'm hoping against all hope that within the next year or two I'll see Napili Bay Resort advertise their new, extremely comfortable beds. Honestly, the next time we look to travel to Maui, the idea of restless sleep will give me pause to think about whether we really want to go back here for a 3rd time. less

Missing Napili Bay already...

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Napili Bay resort. It's been awhile since our first stay there and returning back reminded us of why we loved it and should continue coming back whenever in Maui. What makes this place so special is it's location, right on Napili Bay, which is an awesome beach to relax, swim, and snorkel. The only thing that would have made our particular unit more enjoyable is if it was more upgraded, after all it is beachfront. The interior looks like it hasn't been updated in a few decades, otherwise it was comfortable and you can't really complain too much about the view or falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves... less

The bed was sooo comfy !

Hi, I booked this at the last minute on a recommendation from my sister-in-law. We loved the condo, and appreciated the thoughtful kitchen accessories, as we like to cook; we didn't lack for anything in our home away from home. The bed was nicer than mine at home, and the view from the lanai was wonderful each evening. Chuck was great, very accomodating when we needed some flexibility. We can't wait to come back with a group - Paul and I get 207 though :) Only complaint - the water - it tastes like it has lots of bleach in it and showers are tough because the water goes hot and cold - appears to be connected to use in the other condos. less

Absolute paradise!

My daughter and I enjoyed a blissful week of paradise in the Napili Bay Resort Condo 207. We arrived to a clean, well-equipped condo and the lovely ocean roar as our constant companion. We saved money by eating most meals in and appreciated the little extras like sharp knives, a blender, and small cooler . The two beach chairs and boogie boards (provided) saved us the hassle (and expense!) of renting these necessities. The extremely comfortable bed, nice breeze, and ocean waves gave us some much needed R&R. I wish we could spend every spring break at this resort, particularly in condo 207! Our friends stayed at the over-priced and over-touristy Westin Hotel. They spent most of their days in front of our condo enjoying our little slice of paradise. We noticed quite a few locals enjoying the beach which seemed a good indication that Napili is the place to be! The a.m. snorkeling was incredibly and usually the bigger waves came in the afternoon, perfect for boogie boarding. And, of course, the nightly parade of whales we could watch from our lanai sealed the deal. We want to come back!!!! less

The one problem both of us experienced was with the shower. A hand held shower generally is more hepful and certainly more versitile. Even more important, the shower was inconsistant. One second we were freezing and the next we were being scalded. That was a serious problem. I almost fell trying to escape the hot water. The location was excellent. The grounds were beautiful. Parking was good. The whales provided much entertainment. With the exception that I mentioned, our experience was very positive. less

great location but bare bones condo

Napili Bay is a fantastic location, with great snorkeling and swimming. Condo 207 has a wonderful view of the bay and was very clean, but there were a few problems. All of the kitchen knives need to be replaced. We could not cook AT ALL and ended up throwing out a lot of expensive groceries because all of the knives were so dull. We happened to be on Maui during a particularly hot time, and the condo was sweltering. A portable fan is needed in this unit. We knew there was no air conditioner, but the small ceiling fan did not circulate the air near the bed -- and the layout of the building prevented the natural breezes from cooling this condo. We loved the location, and although the condo and the property are older, they were comfortable. If you are looking for a bare bones property as a jumping off point for your adventures, this is the place, but if you want to spend a lot of time at the condo or do any cooking, look for someplace recently updated and better equipped. less

Trip of a lifetime

I recently traveled to Maui with my 73-year-old mother. This was her first trip to the islands and it was a lifelong dream. She was not disappointed. Our condo was clean and had all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. There is a little shopping center five minutes away that had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Being lulled to sleep at night by the ocean waves and awakened by the singing birds was phenomenal. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai and then enjoyed the setting sun from the beach in front of our condo. Our time at Napili Bay Resort was fantastic. If we make it to Maui again we will no doubt stay at the same location. Thank you so much for making my Moms dream trip come true. less

The condo was very nicely furnished. Neighbors are great, very friendly, and you have access to the BBQs outside. You will find anything you need inside the condo, from dishes to beach chairs, including all the little things like a cork screw, etc. The location can't be beat. Great beach, calm waters in the bay, no high rise buildings... Great snorkeling, we saw turtles and manta rays right in front of our place (it's really cool to see a turtle just 20 steps from your building when others drive for hours for a chance to do the same thing). I have to admit, the little gift basket we got at the beginning really sold us from the start; they had us at Hello... less

beautiful location, comfortable accomodations

We came to Maui for the first time and stayed in condo 207. What a find! After much internet research we booked our vacation at Napili Bay through Aloha condos based on the great photos and testimonials of those vacationers that had gone before us. We were not dissapointed and now it's our turn to describe how our expectations were exceeded. If you want to stay in a big fancy resort with a pool and a spa, this isn't the place for you, however, if you want to be directly on a gorgeous, intimate beach with the sound of the ocean waves crashing and the convenience of your own kitchen to cook delicious meals and eat them on the lanai as the sun sets, well you have probably stumbled upon a little piece of heaven. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was that the water filter needed to be changed in the fridge but I am sure the owners have attended to that since we gave them a heads up about it. There were beach chairs in the unit as well as boogie boards which we certainly used and had lots of fun with. We never had trouble parking and in general our stay was peaceful, relaxing and better than I had expected. We would definitely recommend this condo and are hoping to come back next year! less

Great relaxing

Napili Bay is a wonderful, quiet place! If you are looking for the alternative to commercialized resort then this is your place! Very clean and relaxing place, not super fancy but well kept with a nice kitchen and nice appliances and utensils. We stayed in Unit 207 which is a beach front end unit with an excellent view of the ocean and Molokai. The view is amazing and you are really close to the ocean. These studio units are just perfect. It was so nice to have a kitchenette in your suite so you could cook and take lunches down to the beach or enjoyed eating on the lanai. There were beach supplies which we used everytime we went to the beach. The place was very clean. Despite the temperature of Hawaii, the condo was generally cool due to the nice ocean breeze that came in through the wood blinds. There's also an electric and ceiling fan to keep the condo cool. These wooden blinds are also great for keeping the sunlight out in the morning. There are also books, cds, and movies in the room. There's TV, a vcr and dvd player. The free wireless internet was great and we never had any problems with it. Very convenient location overall- Napili is less commercial then Kaanapali or Wailea, more nestled in a sort of residential area, so it's cozier and more quiet but really close by is a little general store (2 min walk) and Napili Plaza with a regular sized grocery store and is short drive away. It is out of the hustle and bustle of Lahaina, but still very close to go for dinner or lunch. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, providing you're not looking for a higher end hotel. This is much more relaxing. less

207

I already posted my review on the web site for room 207 and for Napili Bay. Please contact me if that review is no longer online and I will send it again. (My review was very positive :-)

Paradise on the Beach

My stay at Aloha condos was very nice as Napili Bay is exquisite! If you like walking down to the beach this is the place for yo. I did not read my confirmation so I was a bit out of the loop on the checkin as you need to let yourself in via the lockbox combo on the door. Read your confirmation. If you are a person that really needs a/c this is not the place for you. Hot time 4-8 pm but it's summer so winter months are probably more bearable. The view is well worth all of this! less

If you are looking for 5 star rooms with spa's and pools, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a 5 star location with a 10 star view and a prime beach you've come to the right spot.

Great Location - Great Condo

The Napili Bay complex is a great place to stay. We've spent two vacations there and loved them both. Unit 207 offers lots of amenities, it has everything you could possibly want during your vacation. It's clean and relatively spacious. The lanai offers absolutely spectacular views from sunrise to sunset. It's a quiet complex at night (other than the pounding surf), we rarely heard noise from other guests past 9:00 PM. The only two negative things we have to say about unit 207 is that it's time for a general updating, fresh paint, updating the shower/bathroom area - that kind of thing. The other minor criticism is that there needs to be a decent set of kitchen knives - the ones that are there just "don't cut it". We ended up doing a lot of our own cooking this year to save some money and decided to buy a few knives to use while there. In our opinion the area of Napili Bay is the best location on Maui. You don't have the crowds and bustle of Kihei or Lahania - but they're both close enough when you're ready for that! The north-west part of Maui offers the best snorkeling on the island, much of it in Napili Bay or the two neighbouring bays Honokeana or Kapalua - couldn't be closer. This year we gave up waiting for 30 - 45 minutes to get into the Gazebo restaurant (right next door in Honokeana Cove) for breakfast (holiday time is way too precious to be standing waiting to get into a restaurant). Instead we went to the other end of Napili Bay to the Sea House Restaurant which is part of the Napili Kai resort. We were surprised to find excellent value (breakfast for two $20), outstanding service, and delicious food. All of this with no wait to get in and an outstanding ocean front view. There are cheaper places to stay on Maui, but if you're looking in the Napili area for an ocean front condo, you'd be hard pressed to find better value. We've done lots of looking around at similar units and the Napili Bay still comes out ahead of many others. Mahalo! less

Aloha

We had a great time! Great location, beautiful sunsets and great accomodations. If you need air conditioning this condo is not for you but the ocean breezes keep it cool at night.

Aloha Condo 207

The Aloha Condos were great. This was the first time we had stayed in a place other than a hotel and have found that to be a great experience. Hotels will definitely be our second choice from here on. Theproperty was very nice, fairly secluded and right on a beautiful beach. We had a great time watching turtles swimming in the bay, although the snorkleing was a little better down the road. Swimmming was great and we got the chance to see an amazing rainbow from our deck! Didn't find any eating places nearby that were overly impressive so it was nice to have a kitchen available. less

Great place - fantastic whale watching

Usually we are more than ready to head home after two weeks but our stay at Napili Bay Resort Condo 207 was so enjoyable that we hated to leave. We found the condo to be quite comfortable and well situated. It was very clean and adequately furnished. There were no foul or musty odors and we did not see any critters. We saw numerous whales, several turtles and a school of dolphins from our lanai. We hope to spend another two weeks at the condo next year and we have recommended it to others. We loved it and we thought the price was right. Thank you, Geo and Alicia less

Nice get away!

Napili Bay Condo #207 was fabulous! Has all the necessities a person on vacation needs. The place was clean, peaceful, and had a spectacular view. The sunsets (on the sunny days) were great! I would love to go there again! :)

Best Condo and Beach on Maui!

My mom and dad used to own a condo in this complex, so when we decided to return to Maui, there was only one choice as far as we were concerned! Aloha Condos do a great job--reservations are easy to make, and everything is taken care of once you arrive. Napili Bay is one of the nicest beaches in the world (look it up!), and this resort is perfectly situated. Wake up, take twenty steps and you're living the good life. Look forward to amazing sunsets. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Heaven on earth--we can't wait to go back! less

Absolutely heavenly :) We can't wait to go back!!!

My husband and I stayed in #207 in October 2007 for seven nights. We were lucky enough to get married on the beautiful isle of Maui on our 2nd day there... and then we enjoyed a week of fun, sun, and lots of R&R. This condo was worth every penny! It was perfectly equipped, cozy, and very comfortable. We didn't get much sleep the 1st night because the waves were so loud!!! But we quickly adjusted and loved every minute of it. We thoroughly the views and the beach. We often talk about our morning coffee and crib games on the lanai... we can't wait to go back!!!!! :) less

Excellent Vacation Home

Our November 2008 stay was every thing you would want in a short holiday, relaxing and not wanting to leave after a week. We enjoyed being on the beach and going to sleep to the sound of the waves. We look forward to coming back again. less

Third stay at Napili Bay - still great

This was our third stay at Napili Bay (first time in this unit). We have always stayed on the 2nd floor overlooking the beach (in 1999, 2001, and 2008). We love the view and sleeping to the sound of the ocean. The beach is a perfect, beautiful, calm crescent. The units are simple, but more than adequate for our needs. They may not be elegant, but are well-stocked with the basics one needs to live comfortably. There is no need for A/C, given the constant breeze off the ocean. In general it is a quiet, family-friendly area, but the locals enjoy this stretch of beach as well, and one night we were kept up until the early morning by some folks hanging out in front of the property (all beaches in Hawaii are public property - so this might be a problem wherever one stayed). This was the first time we knew about the gazebo restaraunt two properties down the beach. They have the best breakfast food I have ever eaten - and the long lines to prove it! Do not miss it!! less

Napili Bay a paradise

We selected this condo because of our son's island wedding on July 7, 2007. Not only was that a very lucky number for us, it proved to be a paradise of casual Hawaii with the beachfront location, complete with the rolling waves, gentle breezes, and fabulous view. From our first positive impression with a gift of Hawaiian fruit, candies and nuts, this was a perfect spot for several families to gather. The manager, Lee, was always very courteous and friendly and made us feel very welcome, especially with our nightly gatherings at the grill area for family meals and fun. The grounds were also well groomed and tidy. The private beach access found us loving the ocean waves and an uncrowded, uncluttered beach for sunning, strolling, and exploring. We will definitely return in the future, hoping to find the condo facility as clean and as well kept as before! It was a perfect getaway, with all the comforts of home, and then some! And there is easy access to a small shopping mall nearby. The only drawback was limited parking, but the place was full, which is a good indicator of a visitor's satisfaction to Napili Bay Resort, one away from the more tourist-driven ones. Our experience there enabled all of us to feel the Aloha spirit. less

Slice of Heaven

Every comfort of home, in a setting so beautiful that no picture can do it justice. Your eyes just have to see it. Located on the second floor, it offers a wonderful view of the beach and ocean, nothing blocking the view. The property is small, so not too crowded or much noise. Everything was so clean and well kept from the parking lot, to the beach itself, and of course the inside of the unit. If you enjoy low key beaches, being near, but not IN the "night life", and having a place that really feels like you live there...this is the place for you. Can't say enough about it, even wrote a review on TripAdvisor.com about how much we love it. My husband and I went there on our honeymoon in Aug. of 2007. I'd been to the resort before, but a different unit. Honestly, this resort is our next "dream" vacation, and hopefully, we can rent this particular unit again. It was THAT good. less

Lovliest spot in Hawaii

Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The view from our lanai is the lovliest in all Hawaii with the surf breaking just yards away. Napili Bay is a real gem. Snorkeling is good over by the point. Sunset with pupus and drinks on the beach with other residents is a great tradition. Wideband wireless internet connection in the unit was an added plus. We will return again. less

Beach Heaven in Maui!

We have stayed at Aloha Condos for several years now. We find it to be a safe, friendly & relaxing place, away from the usual "touristy" areas. The condo is always clean & well supplied with all of the cooking necessities you would need. Grocery stores are within a 20 minute walk or a short drive. There is some great "fast-food" nearby & some first-class restaurants a short drive away. The beach is just a few steps from the condo & beach towels, beach chairs & various toys are supplied with the condo. We use the on-grounds BQQ several times a week to cook dinner. This is a wonderful convenience for us! I also like having a coin washer & dryer available for the guests as our stay is usually 2 weeks. It makes the packing much lighter! We would recommend a condo at Aloha Condos to any anyone! Enjoy!! less

Unbelievable

My wife and I traveled to Maui with a group of friends. We chose to stay at the Napali Bay condos as opposed to the higher priced place our friends stayed at. We were the only ones with an Ocean front room and the most incredible view as well as a welcome basket! With the full kitchen and outdoor bbq, we felt right at home. There's just something about sitting on the Lanai, with the breath taking view while having your BBQ steak dinner. Our room was very nice and included free wi-fi. We are planning another trip back and will rent the same room again,we loved it!! Renting at the Napali Bay was a pleasant experience. Thank You. less

We Loved Our Maui Condo!

This was our second visit to Aloha Condo Napili Bay and once again we had a great time. The view is gorgeous and the beds are comfy. I like having a full kitchen and the location is perfect! We snorkled right off the beach and saw lots of fish and a huge turtle! No need to go on a expensive raft trip! We would love to visit again. less

Great Ocean Front Condo

We especially enjoy the fact that this condo is RIGHT on the beach and literally a stones throw from the ocean. The condo when clean and in good repair and had great views of the area. We enjoyed morning walks near the well known local golf course and the Pineapple plantation area. One suggestion; it would be nice if the Lanai furniture had bar stools rather than regular chairs since the existing chairs are too low to sit on and see over the lanai wall. less

Great View,Really on the BEACH in secluded bay

We really enjoyed the beach front view, our room was facing the beach and only maybe 100 feet from the water. At night we could listen to the sound of the waves rolling up on the beach and enjoy a moonlit walk along the crescent shaped beach. The bay itself was excellent for snorkeling and swimming as well as for light scuba diving. The studio like room was nicely kept and quiet from the adjoining rooms. The kitchenette was also a plus for cooking as well as the outdoor BBQ and washer/dryer in the common area.I highly recommend this condo for those who don't need all of the five star luxuries of a large hotel. Our stay was part of our honeymoon...We loved Hawaii... less

Nirvana Found

The rooms are clean. The view is spectacular. The amenities are comfortable and accessible. This is not high rise Maui...but that's why we stay here. It's Maui as it should be...friendly, cozy and welcoming.

Right on the Sand!

The Napili Bay oceanfront condos are a hidden gem. The surf and sand is right at your doorstep. Great snorkeling and swimming on a very friendly beach. Stayed there twice now: always quiet and low key.
