Policies:

Rates valid through the end of 2009
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.41%).
Rates are for up to two persons. With more than 2 guests, there is a $10 per person per night charge.
A $250 security deposit is required for all stays
All stays have a cleaning fee of $95.00. For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required but we do make exceptions.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
All units are non-smoqueen and no pets are allowed.
