The lower lanai is large and a delight for relaxation and private dining. Views of the Pacific Ocean and lovely Hawaiian sunsets are to be had from the master bedroom lanai on the upper floor.

Kitchen
The spacious fully equipped (service for 8) kitchen of unit 7106 at the Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens has vast amount of cabinet storage, a large smooth-surface cooktop, a large refrigerator and a full size built-in oven and a microwave. You will find the kitchen fully equipped and with service for eight. There is a washer and dryer discreetly tucked away in a closet. The floor and countertops of the kitchen are ceramic tile. While preparing and working in the kitchen you will easily have a view and converse with your family and guests in the dinning and living rooms. From the vantage point of this open and bright kitchen, the activities on the lanai are in view also. Make yourself a Kona coffee in the morning and try Tai Chi on the lanai. Open and bright with servings for eight, you'll feel right at home serving up great meals to enjoy while watching a colorful sunset over dinner.

Dining Room
You have several dining options at unit 7106 of the Kona Coast Resort. Dine at the elegant glass table in the dining room or out on the lanai in a more casual setting. The dinning room has a long buffet with ample cabinets. A unique and elegant feature of the dining area is the 8x10 foot floor tile 'deco rug' which defines the seating area and pleases the eye. The buffet counter top at one end serves as the 'business' center with phone and fax machine in the cabinet. While you may have a hard time tearing yourself way from this, you will also find the Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens restaurant (the Shells) just a five minute walk away. The Keauhou Shopping center is across Ali'i Drive from the Resort.

Living Room
The living room in unit 7106 at the Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens has two sets of sliding glass doors that give you easy access to the large lower lanai with its views across the Kona Coast Resort to Keauhou Bay. The living room is furnished with a wrap-around sofa, a TV with cable, DVD and VCR, a stereo with CD/MP3 player and lots of space to spread out. You will be delighted by the beauty and tranquility of the Kona Coast Resort and this tropical garden-like setting.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom and bath are very spacious and comfortable. The bedroom has a restful Hawaiian decor, king size bed, dressers and an abundance of closet space and a sitting area. There is color TV with cable a DVD and VCR player. With vaulted ceiling and lots of windows and a ceiling fan, you'll feel the cool evening breezes that will bring a deep sleep. The master bed and bathrooms have just been remodeled (2005) with new tile floors. The large master bathroom has dual sinks, toilet and bidet, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. There is a 100 sq ft lanai with views of the Kona Coast resort and the lovely Keauhou Bay. The lanai is the prefect spot for a morning Kona coffee and orange juice that you can enjoy in privacy of this room.

Second Bedroom and Bath
The second upstairs bedroom with full bath of unit 7106 at the Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens is on the second floor is quite spacious as well and has a king size bed, color cable TV and DVD and dresser. Two night stands with lamps. There is very ample closet space.
