“ We loved staying in 1205-06. It was so convenient to the parking lot, pool and grounds. Yet we felt like it was very scenic quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable. My friend was staying in another condo, and commented how wonderful our beds were. The kitchen, though small, was well outfitted and we wanted for nothing. The management staff was very helpful. Thank You!! ”

Very practical condo.

“ We used this condo for an overflow space for our family reunion. It was perfect. The kitchen is very simple but since we were doing our cooking at a different location it was just fine. The condo is clean and has very nice amenities. It was very affordable and made the perfect extra sleeping quarters. ”

Best swimming pool/spa on Kauai!

“ Condo 1205/1206 proved to be a good value for me and my 22 y.o. son. It would be an even better value with a larger group. Swimming pool/spa were fantastic. Bummer the restaurant/bar were not operational. They were supposed to be but a fire in July put a stop to construction. Condo 1205's kitchenette had no food pantry to store dry products, no food preparation area, no oven and the undercounter refrig had no freezer for ice making/storage. We hung out mostly in the Hanalei Bay area so it was a little inconvenient to drive in and out of Princeville, but overall it was a good stay. ”

The views, landcaping and location are spectacular

“ The resort is beautiful and full of lush trees and flowers. The path to the beach is quick and easy. the rooms are clean, large and accomodating. the experience could not have been better. this condo is perfect for those that want to relax and not be in the kitchen all day. The kitchen is not made for cooking large quantities (kitchenette), but perfect for snacks. ”
