Convenient parking; peaceful and quiet with a pleasant view of the golf course. Large covered deck, tasteful artwork, comfortable beds. Loved staying there with a few minor irritations. They needed a new coffee pot; the temperature was lava overheated scorching and bitter. We had to... more go and buy some Method cleaner as the bottle of cleaner they had was so toxic with poured together dregs of other cleaners & melting the plastic on the bottle! The one greasy potholder was dead. TO hide the dishes with chips they were stacked toward the back of the cupboard. Horrible water, had to buy all bottled, as refrigerator filter was not there or not working or something. The security screen on the front door is pretty and I would buy one if I knew how to get one. There was only ONE lounge chair for the deck (need two please) also, the dining furniture was hunky & heavy. Did not like. The carpet was going to be replaced and had so many harsh chemicals in it you had to wear shoes or burn your feet. Other than the above problems it was a very nice condo and we would love to visit again sometime. less

Great place to stay on the Big Island

Konaloa at Kona 704 was a wonderful place to stay while exploring the Big Island. The unit is bigger than most that we have rented over the years in Hawaii with a great layout and 2 lanais. The unit was equipped with everything we needed... more for our stay. There are 3 pools within easy walking distance, take your pick including an oceanside pool with great views. We also made use of one of the close by BBQs. less

Great Stay in Condo #704

We had a wonderful stay in condo #704! The owners are great to work with and the condo is spacious, comfortable, clean & cool (A/C). The condo is stocked with toiletries, laundry equipment and supplies and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There were... more beach towels available for us to use so we didn’t have to take up valuable luggage space by bringing our own or to have to buy them when we arrived on the island. We had a great time on the Big Island and we’ll definitely come back and stay there again! less
