The view from the Lani is very peaceful and beautiful sunsets. You hear the crashing of the waves on the rocks below. We were there in mid-January and saw whales every day. Feels like cruise ship view- beautiful ocean view!!

Wow- the view is absolutely amazing with the lanai being right by the ocean!! If you like the sound of the waves right at your home- this is the place to be!! Beds were comfy, the 2 bedroom closets and master bathroom were huge. Lots... more of beach staples in the beach closet!!! Owner was very communicative! This place is 15-20 min to town. Be prepared for slow traffic in town. One of the days- We loved laying out- swimming- snorkeling- surfing at the Kahalau Beach Park. It isn’t the prettiest sand but it met the needs. If everyone wanting to do all the water things. There is a surf shop to rent surf boards walkable from this park entrance. There is street parking right by Makolae St or you can pay for parking on the ocean side right next to the beach. We did that because we had lots of beach stuff to load and unload. Costco and Walmart are 15 min away!! We stocked up the day we got in on food, snacks, drinks because the prices were not bad there! Free coffee tour at Greenwell farms 15 min away! less

Amazing Ocean View

This townhouse was situated right on the ocean and the view from the Lanai was spectacular! Also, the location was walking distance to a shopping center and to the Outrigger hotel. The landscaping of the resort was meticulous and had three great pools, each with... more a hot tub. One of the pools has an incredible ocean view. The tennis and pickleball courts were always available and there were racquets to borrow. I would like to give an overall rating of 4.5/5 only because the unit itself was a bit tired and had carpets that could be cleaner or replaced. Kitchen appliances also need updating. However, the view and resort itself made it a wonderful stay. less
