Amazing Condo - Couldn't have been better!

I've been visiting at Kanaloa for over 20 years and have stayed in 3 other condos on the grounds. I can honestly say this is by far the nicest of all of them. It's not only EXTREMELY well appointed but organized, clean, and Richard was... more a pleasure to deal with. It's very clear that he takes pride in 1603 and he wants you to enjoy your time there. The views of the 12th hole and the ocean are incredible. We were so impressed, that during our visit we were already shopping the calendar for next years inevitable return to 1603. less

Keauhou's finest

We had a great time at 1603. We have been to Kanaloa many times over the years and this condo did not disappoint. We appreciate the updated kitchen and wood sliding doors. It is very clean and fully supplied. The owners have thought of everything!... more The ocean views are wonderful and we especially enjoyed our sunset walks over the golf course to the blow hole! We hope to return here on our next Big Island trip. less

Beautiful Sunsets

Our family stayed here for 3 nights, and really enjoyed the location, views, and accommodations. We would definitely return to this condo. Richard was super helpful and communicative before and during our stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Even better in person!
