All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Our owners and third parties are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. Correction/Updating Personal Information:

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our reservations page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Deposit and Payment

A Non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation

Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the checkin date.

A security deposit of $250 is also required and will be authorized on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo, missing contents, keys or for exceeding the number of allowed overnight guests.


Reservation deposit is non-refundable

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the checkin date can have the deposit applied to a stay at the same Aloha Condos property within one year of the original checkin date.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to checkin will forfeit all deposits

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to checkin will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments 


We loved our four-night stay here! Thank you! The place is even nicer than the photos. The location is right on the ocean, overlooking beach rocks (about 1.5 stories above ocean level). It's the most tastefully appointed beach home I've EVER stayed in. The transaction/communication on the rental was very easy! The kitchen is well-stocked (and a lot nicer than the kitchen we have in our own home!). The view right off the patio is breathtakingly beautiful. The porch swing is a nice touch! Wifi works great. The beach and bath towels are plentiful. The linens are nice. The beds are comfortable. And the place is CLEAN and fresh-smelling. It is impressively clean! I have allergies, so the fresh/clean condition was a huge plus! Walking distance to great snorkeling, and being on the south side of Kona (as opposed to Kona or Waikaloa) made it easier/quicker to get to great snorkeling spots such as Two Step & Kealakekua Bay (Capt. Cook) and Volcanoes National Park. We LOVED the location! Any negatives? Neighbors were noisy a couple times, the TV/Cable is a little hard to figure out, and it's not particularly close to any sandy beaches, and if you're a light sleeper, the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks might take a night to get used to. But those were all very very minor and did not detract from what a great place this is!

Condo 1-102 at the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club Resort is as close as you can get to the ocean on the Big Island of Hawaii. The condo section of the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club Resort was built when the construction permits didn't require resorts to be set back from the ocean as they are today. Amazing view of sunsets and breezes from our Hawaiian Trade winds cool you as you relax on the lanai which has an unobstructive view of the ocean..

Both whales (in winter) and dophins in the morning have been seen from the lanai. First floor unit prevents carrying things up and down stairs.

This specific complex is built on prime land which was once a favorite vacation spot for the king and once housed the King's home and dance floor.  The remains of his home and dance floor are present nearby the pool and tennis courts and are part of a preserved archeological site..

David,Thank you for sharing this wonderful condo (1-102) at the Surf and Racquet Club. This was our third time visiting the Big Island and our third time at the S&R club; we wouldn't stay anywhere else. From the wonderful full time residents to the amenities, it makes for a very nice, relaxing time, and is the best location on the island. Our week was quite warm and the lower unit really allowed for a comfortable temperature especially when utilizing the ceiling fans. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to make affordable meals for the family. Dinner on the back patio watching the evening sunset never got old during our 9 days, in fact we made sure to arrive back from our daily adventures in time just for it. The bathrooms were great for a nice shower after a long day of snorkeling, hiking, and touring. Our adventures included jumping the cliffs at south point or right around the corner at EOW (End of the World), snorkeling at Cap't Cook where we found a few white tip reef sharks and swam with a pod of over 100 spinner dolphins.Hawaii is truly an experience I wish and hope everyone can enjoy in their lifetime and your condo was a great beginning and end to each day.

Fall asleep listening to the waves

This condo is right on the water so you get lulled to sleep each night by the waves since you hear them from the master and the living room. The set up was great for our family of 4 with the 2nd room having two single beds. Our young girls loved the pool and we found the location really convenient for kayaking down south at Captain Cook and for checking out the place of refuge which is spectacular if you get there about 1.5 hours prior to sunset. It was also really convenient that they had beach and pool equipment so we didn't have to worry about any of that. Great spot, highly recommend!

My family and I have rented this condo for the past 3 years. We love the view of the ocean and the privacy of this waterfront condo. The condo is lovely with many nice amenities. We greatly enjoyed our stay and the friendly owner.
