Ilikai Marina 1294, Honolulu Oahu

Visitors are not legally able to rent or otherwise occupy this property if subject to mandatory quarantine. If at any point you become subject to mandatory quarantine, you agree to notify the owner as soon as possible and to not occupy the rental. Anyone found to be in violation of the mandatory quarantine policy will immediately be reported to the police and forced to pay for required cleaning.

On October 15th 2020, the state of Hawaii is implementing a testing-in-lieu-of-quarantine policy. Visitors are responsible for knowing and complying with all state and local guidelines as they apply to the program.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a refund to visitors who are unexpectedly forced to mandatorily quarantine upon arrival or at any time during their stay.

A $250 security deposit is required with this reservation and we may process a credit card authorization in that amount prior to your arrival.  A charge may result for damage to the condo or contents, missing contents, excessive cleaning required after checkout or for exceeding the maximum number of overnight guests.

No items may be hung from the balcony/lanai [towels, clothing, flags, ect.] A charge will be levied against your security deposit for each offense.

The Ilikai Marina is a nonsmoking property. Use of smoking materials will result in full loss of security deposit.

No pets of any kind are allowed. 

Check-in time is 3 PM and checkout time is 11 AM.  Please be certain to plan your arrival and departures days accordingly.

The reservation deposit is nonrefundable; however if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the full reservation deposit may be applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability).

Cancellation made within 30 days of the check-in date results in loss of all payments.
