Perfect Place to Stay!

Our recent stay at this unit could not have been more perfect. The owners communicated thoroughly and often and checked to make sure everything was good. It is well-furnished and comfortable, and the location is incredible. You're just steps from beautiful and peaceful Napili Bay... more and near anything else you could want or need. The views from the lanai toward Molokai and Lanai are fantastic, and we could easily watch the whales off in the distance. We had stayed at a different unit in Napili Shores about 11 years ago, and knew we wanted to stay there again. I recommend #110 most highly! less

Perfect space

Comfortable Condo Steps Away From a Beautiful Beach

This was our third trip to Napili Bay Resort, but our first time not in a beach front unit. I must say while it's nice to be right on the beach, I enjoyed the privacy and quiet that this unit provided. You can still see... more part of the beach from the porch and it had a wonderful view of the sunset each evening. And you are still just steps away from the beach! Condo 110 was really perfect. It included everything we needed for the beach - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were even extra bath towels. The condo was very clean. Lisa, the owner/manager was great to work with; she checked in with us after we arrived and let us know she was available if we needed anything. We did not - the unit was perfect for a quiet, relaxing week at Napipi! I do want to mention the mattress - it was a delight. We slept so well there (could have been partly due to sounds of the surf too)! The complex (only 34 units) is well cared for. We used the gas grills several times as well as the laundry facilities. Both were clean and in good shape. Napili is a wonderful beach and this is the perfect place to stay when you're there. We will definitely be returning to unit 110! less

Perfect Beach Paradise Condo for 2

Napili Bay Resort came highly recommended from a close friend. After viewing the offerings we choose unit 110. What a great choice it was! The pictures do not due this place justice. Newly renovated unit with nice touches. The king size bed was very comfortable.... more Great views from the lanai, without all the commotion from the beach traffic. Napili Bay is great for a swim or incredible snorkeling, and you are only 16 paces to the beach from your front door! Snorkel Bobs is a very short walk from the condo. A great place to get all of your snorkeling gear. Lisa's condo came stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest, and boogie boards. Short walk to the famous Gazebo restaurant! Lisa was a great host. Communication was a 10. All details were clearly communicated from time of booking to day before we arrived. We are already looking to book again next year! less

We normally stay on the front but view from 110 next best (and less expensive!). Nice redo, great stone work. I would have taken tile floor all thru the condo but carpet well done. As stated above, I don't normally review my favorite places, I would rather keep them a close secret. I have stayed in many of the units in this complex and in my opinion this is one of the best. The front building has direct ocean... more front views, which of course are lovely, but to be honest, can be really loud at times. This unit is unique in that it does not have the direct ocean view, but it does have a a corner view from the lanai which just happens to be where the sun sets. This unit is also probably the best kept unit in the complex, you can thank the owners for that attention to detail. This one always has well maintained chairs, a beach umbrella, bogie boards and a cooler, some of the other units are at bit hit or miss with these items. So, if you are reading this I am guessing you already know about my secret place, please keep it that way, but have no worries about this unit, it is great. less

This was my wife's any my 10th visit to Napili Bay. Napili Bay is a very special place and we love staying at The Napili Bay Resort, especially in 110. First, the property itself is well maintained and provides people who stay there with a... more really nice and secluded BBQ area which is great after a long day in the beach. There is also an ice machine to fill your cooler or to help make awesome fruit boozies. Last but not least there are two washer and dryers. We have stayed in 6 different units and 110 is our favorite. It has been nicely remodeled and is in a perfect location. The Lanai offers you a great view of the Ocean and is a perfect spot for sunsets as well but typically we are still on the beach or in the water for sunset. Nice grass area behind unit to. 110 has an updated, full kitchen which we take full advantage of. Great appliances, including a dishwasher and granite counter tops. The bathroom has a very nice walk in shower. A king size bed and comfortable catch along with a flat screen tv and Internet along with two quality ceiling fans. 110 is ground level and maybe 20 steps to the sand. This condo is a true gem. It's location is perfect in that it is as close to the ocean as possible without being directly in front, which is preferable because it allows for a private ocean view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed in four other units and like this one the best so far. The amenities and view are perfect. Great Stay

Nicely updated, clean and comfortable, convenient parking. We had a good 6 nights. Only complaint was New Year's Eve fireworks/party from adjacent property kept us up. Sounds carry from surrounding units, but this goes with the territory of open air set-up.

Room 110

We LOVED our stay! Let me start by saying we like to travel the world vs returning to the same place/same resort. Before we even left here, we were already talking about our return. Customer service (with Lisa) was Excellent. Every time I had a... more question she answered promptly. We had to have something shipped from the mainland and she was happy to receive it and put in our room. Our view was stunning. The room was well appointed. We even had a lovely welcome bag with treats!! Loved having beach chairs, sun umbrella and boogie board to take down to the beach with us. And let me tell you. We just came from a high end resort on the big island, and there were NO umbrellas by the pool unless you wanted to pay $$ a day for a cabana. They have thought of everything. We had noticed some people had an aversion to rinsing off their feet even though there was a big sign posted (and would just be common sense). Therefore, there was sandy foot print trails in the hallway once in a while. However, I'm pretty sure all we did was blink and it was all cleaned up - just like that!! Simply Wonderful

My husband & I just enjoyed 10 wonderful days in Napili and loved everything about this condo. We have been to Maui several times & always try to find somewhere in the Kaanapali to Napili area, as it is our favorite. We loved the convenience... more of being not just on A beach, but on a beach good for snorkeling, reading, watching turtles nearby & whales in the distance. Three restaurants are within close walking distance, with another 2 only half a mile away. We actually could have gone without a car, if we'd wanted as it is near a bus stop also. The condo had all of the amenities we needed - boogie boards, beach chairs & towels, a wonderful beachview lanai, all the right kitchen amenities, the bed was comfortable... What we appreciated the most was the gentle reminders about water being a precious resource and to be mindful of its use. Great Place!

We stayed at the Napili Bay Resort for a week and had a great time! Location is amazing, right on the beach, with two restaurants within walking distance, close to the stores and any amenities that you might need on your vacation. Lovely Oasis

It was wonderful staying in Napili Bay, Condo 110. Lisa reached out in advance so that we were aware of how to access the condo, WiFi, and other amenities on the property. Upon arrival a lovely welcome bag awaiting with local treats, plush beach towels,... more beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella to escape the sweltering sun. The condo was very clean and thoughtful items were left throughout, dish detergent, plenty of dish cloths, towels, soaps and bathroom toiletries. Literally you could pack your clothes, stop for groceries and arrive and never have to leave. The kitchen was fully stocked with the cookware and J.A. Henkel knives similar to those at our own home. As foodies who really enjoy cooking at home, having access to a well appointed kitchen was fantastic.The location was amazing, my husband and I had breakfast on the lanai overlooking the gardens and the ocean each morning. We saw 2 - 4 sea turtles every day, they simply came up along the rocks and hung out. It's a great beach for snorkeling with very calm waters and plenty of beautiful. Lisa was very accommodating when we asked to enjoy beach access on our last day after check out allowing us to borrow beach towels and access to the external property showers after checkout. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely be returning to Napili bay, condo 110 less

Great lace for vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed at Lisa's place for three nights. We truly enjoyed our stay there from the minutes we walked into the apartment. There is a welcome bag with snacks, water and coffee for us. They were very useful and we ended up... more to use the bag for rest of our trip. The apartment is well stocked with all the items we need for cook some meals instead of eating out all the time. The kitchen and bathroom are very new. The location is great and it is only a minute from one of the best beaches. The apartment has beach chair, umbrella and cooler. Perfect little condo on the perfect Maui beach

My wife and I just recently had the pleasure of a romantic getaway to the Napili Bay condos on Maui in unit #110. The condo ended up being just perfect for what we were looking for! It was quiet, very clean, comfortable king size bed,... more and easily the most convenient walk to one of the most beautiful beaches hands down on Maui, Napili Bay. It literally was steps from the ocean which is what we were looking for on this trip. Hosts Lisa and Lee are super cool and gracious, and provided us with everything we needed, even beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler so we didn't have to go anywhere. Relaxing, no hassle Napili Bay holiday

My wife and I spent two weeks in Napili Bay resort condo #110 and could not have been happier. A beautiful beach just steps away and a small but comfortable unit with a nice view from the lanai. Great vacation, no hiccups or surprises

We stayed in Unit 110 at the Napili Bay Resort, booked through Lisa at aloha Condos. The unit was exactly as advertised, and the beach was wonderful. For those that want to swim and snorkel with less waves, check out Kapalua Beach just a 3... more minute drive north, but the parking lot could be full by 830 am. The north end of the Napili Beach was also more sheltered from the waves, but on our last day, the swells were larger and many were having a blast playing in the waves and surfing with boogie boards. Swimmers should be cautious for rip currents. As for the unit itself, we were very pleased with it, and would consider another holiday in that same unit. It was very clean and well looked after. The lanai was a great spot, and we could spot humpback whales breaching in the distance (recommend binoculars, we used ours to spot whales). The bed was excellent (king size, no sagging) although some might find it too firm. Better that than a sagging or lumpy mattress. Anyways, we slept very well there to the sound of the surf. We would definitely rent that unit again, and thanks to Lisa for helping make a wonderful holiday. Oh, get your groceries from the Napili Bay grocery at the junction with the main highway. The store was much better than either of the two larger grocery stores in Lahaina, and had better prices, too. less

This was such a relaxing vacation!

From the time I booked my vacation rental the communication was great. We received confirmation and instructions on everything you could think of. From directions to the condo to how to access wi-fi. Our favourite place

This was our second stay at Napili Bay and our first time at unit 110. For a small studio condo it's surprisingly comfortable. The unit is well equipped with everything you will possibly need, including beachy items (chairs, boogie boards, noodles, towels). We used the... more common laundry and the machines worked great too. The bed was very comfy and my husband loved the shower. Our only complaint was that for the first two days our next door neighbour's baby was crying and hollering non-stop, from 6:30 am until bed time. We let Lisa know and she was pretty sympathetic and also informed us that they'd be checking out the next day. It did not go well when we confronted the parents directly about it -- in their opinion, there was nothing they could do about it and they were not at all concerned that all their neighbours were totally fed up. There were many kids with parents at the complex when we were there and they were no bother whatsoever, but I do not think it's fair for guests to have to put up with an inconsolable baby. The unit is clean with modern appliances and the common property is clean too. There's a great barbecue and eating area which we used a lot. We will stay there again most definitely because of good proximity to gorgeous beaches and snorkelling, shopping, restaurants and activities. less

Unit 110 Is amazing!!

After returning to Napili for many years, this was our first stay in #110 at The Napili Bay Resort. We loved it! This condo is beautifully decorated with updated furnishings and linens. And, it contains everything needed for a super "beach" vacation. There were comfortable... more beach chairs, thick beach towels, and even a rolling cooler. One of my favorite features at the resort was the outdoor "Ice Hut" with a large ice maker where we could get unlimited ice for our cooler and for my pitchers of Mai Tai's! This complex has plenty of free parking, a shaded BBQ area with tables and gas barbeques, and easy beach access. Sitting on our lanai, we could see the breaking waves which were about 50 feet away. I researched the condo and its location and was thrilled with our decision. We have been to Oahu and the Big Island on past trips ,but never Maui. My wife and I loved the Big Island because of its natural beauty and because it wasn't... more overdeveloped. Being on Kaanalapi would have driven both of us nuts. Your location is perfect! I also wish I could have taken your Milo nut tree home with us! #110 was just fine and it was fantastic to feel comfortable with the crossbreeze running through the room. I met Lee briefly, who was very nice and it was obvious that he took pride taking care of all the units. We spent many hours on the beach, doing a few drives around when the sun was high and loved the convenience of Lahaina only 15 minutes away for lunch or dinner...It didn't affect our visit but the one thing we noticed that we found annoying were that a few inconsiderate condo owners permanently kept their beach chairs set up in prime shade areas. Were we surprised!!

Great Vacation Rental Studio!

We loved staying at this studio! The decor was very up to date and a gift basket was waiting for us when we arrived. When you walk out on the patio you can see the ocean. Just a few steps away is beautiful Napili beach.... more We walked to breakfast to the Seahouse and the Gazebo restaurants and we liked that we were farther away from the big resort areas. Very nice place but a little loud since you are on the bottom floor so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. A little noise is worth it for the really good price of this place! Such a deal!! We felt blessed and hope to visit again someday! less
