2 guests maximum regardless of age. Please do not complete the booking process if you exceed that number.
The 20% reservation deposit is nonrefundable. If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, this deposit may be applied to a new reservation in the same condo beginning up to one year from the original arrival date. Nonrefundable final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, nonrefundable full payment is required.
Quarantine
Visitors are not legally able to rent or otherwise occupy this property if subject to mandatory quarantine. If at any point you become subject to mandatory quarantine, you agree to notify the owner as soon as possible and to not occupy the rental. Anyone found to be in violation of the mandatory quarantine policy will immediately be reported to the police and forced to pay for required cleaning.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a refund to visitors who are unexpectedly forced to mandatorily quarantine upon arrival or at any time during their stay.
Deposit and Payment
A Non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation.
Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
A security deposit of $500 is also required and will be authorized on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo, missing contents, or keys.
Falsely representing less guests than those that are actually staying will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit.
A $25 charge will occur for a lost door key, and a $50 charge will occur for a lockout.
Cancellations and refunds
All payments are non-refundable
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date can, at owner’s discretion, have the deposit applied to a stay at the same Aloha Condos property within one year of the original check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.
Weather and extreme environmental events policy: No refund will be given unless a mandatory evacuation order has been given by the County of Hawaii for Keauhou and the surrounding area. In the event a mandatory evacuation order is issued, we will refund unused portions of rent of a guest currently occupying the property and any advanced rents or deposits collected for a guest that is scheduled to arrive during the evacuation order period.
A $500 security deposit credit card authorization will be processed shortly before your arrival. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A charge may occur for excessive cleaning required at checkout, damaged or missing contents, smoking, exceeding the allowed number of overnight guests, refusal to allow pest control services access during routine service calls or non-adherence to check-in/checkout times.
Check-in time is 3 PM or later and checkout time is 11 AM or sooner. The condo will not be accessible prior to 3 PM and cleaners will access the unit at 11 AM on day of checkout.
