Pili Mai is a no-brainer!
I own a construction company that does work on the island and so I make multiple trips to the Poipu area every year. The condos are always well decorated and always very clean. The units have everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach towels.... more

Beautiful Place to Stay!
The unit was beautiful appointed. All the decor was very tasteful. Furnishings and appliances looked brand-new. Location was quiet and peaceful. Very nice amenities on the grounds as well. We could not have chosen a better place to stay!

Aloha Kay, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for the unit 3H at Pili Mai. Thank you for your comments on the condo as a beautiful place. It is a great complex and great uggraded units. Typically if the day is available and you want a late check out you can add that as an option to the reservation for a fee but we like to have at least a couple days notice to arrange schedules. However if you are wanting a bit of grace time, we do try to accommodate an hour or two if possible. Sometimes the schedules allow for it and sometimes not. If the housekeeper did not get there at checkout, she might have had some unexpected changes. Just as a note for others that might have read the review, guests are not allowed to continue to use the pool after checkout.

Thank you so much for your review. We did actually send someone out, myself, and the pipe under the sink needed tightening to stop the slow leak, the disposal was not damaged. The TV in the twin bedroom was the one you had indicated needed setting up, and I verified that it was set up correctly. All of the TVs are smart TVs and some need to be told what Input or App you want to use before it will go there, every time you turn it on. I left the TV on so that you could see it was set up correctly. We are happy to help anyone with the smart TVs. The screen door, you indicated, did not need to be attended to while you were there and so we scheduled the repair for after your departure. This property is brand new so I can understand how some of the tags were accidentally left on the pillows. We will be sure to remove them.
