Alohacondos.com, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.


We request information from the user on our secure reservations form. On this form, a user must provide contact information (like name and mailing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information.

Users of our site are notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our reservations page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.


A $750 security deposit authorization is required with this reservation and we will process a credit card authorization in that amount 7 days prior to your arrival.  A charge may result for damage to the condo or contents, missing contents, excessive cleaning required after checkout or for exceeding the maximum number of overnight guests. 

We allow a maximum of 4 overnight guests. With more than 4 guests, please contact Ruth, certain exceptions can be make.  A $25 fee per additional guest is charged per day. Falsely representing less guests than those actually staying will result in loss of all deposits and immediate eviction.


The initial reservation deposit is nonrefundable; however if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the full initial reservation deposit may be applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability).

Full payment of the rental balance due is required 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation made within 30 days of the check-in date results in loss of all payments.


Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.  Please be certain to plan your arrival and departures times accordingly.   An early check-in time or a late check-out time may be available and is subject to a fee.  Please contact Ruth for more details.


Central air conditioning is available at a rate of $15.00 per day. Air conditioning is required from June 1st through October 31st and is optional for all other dates.


IMPORTANT KEYCARD POLICY FOR LOST OR STOLEN KEYCARDS:  The Na Hale O Keauhou Condominium Association has implemented keycard access for the pool.  You will be provided two keycards for pool access.  In the event that one or both keycards are lost, stolen or inadvertently packed, the association will charge a $250.00 replacement fee for each card.  If one or both keycards are missing, replacement card(s) will be made for the next arriving guest.  The missing card(s) will be deleted from the system so finding and returning a lost card will not entitle you to a refund.  Our Property Manager will check the unit to ensure both keycards are present at time of move-in and move-out.


Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, in the garage or on the condo lanai and doing so will result in full loss of security deposit & immediate eviction.   The association rules also prohibit any smoking on the premises including the pool area.  There is a bench provided outside the Na Hale O Keauhou gate on Alii Drive for smoking.

VACATION USE ONLY and violation of this policy will result in full loss of security deposit and immediate eviction. The Association prohibits business use stays on the property (i.e. work crews, business vehicles, work trucks etc.)   This unit is for Vacation Use Only.

NO VEHICLE parking in the garage.  Use of the garage is for personal item storage only.

NO PETS of any kind are allowed.




This was our second year staying here. It has everything that you might need. The owner was very prompt in answering any questions that I had, great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

The Townhome is ideally located within a locked community that is quiet and very safe, yet very close to the beach and social gathering spots. The Townhome is furnished with everything we ever needed for daily living, including optional items for ocean snorkeling and beach equipment. Because of the beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished facility, we felt we could truly relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

This property is wonderful. A gorgeous view of ocean and golf course greets you as you enter. Everything is well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel equipment for your use. the owners are friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in this townhome for 3 weeks in January. It is modern & well appointed with kitchen utensils & cookware, beach chairs & sun umbrella, outdoor table & chairs, linens. Furniture/beds comfortable. Lovely view. Close to swimming pool. Good location. Quiet but close to major roads & a beach/snorkel place. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

We have stayed in this condo before and would do again. It has all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. We like being that little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but appreciate that we have needed stores nearby. The Saturday Farmers Market is always a hit. The condo is well cared for.

It's a great townhouse and complex. Very well equipped and well maintained. The shopping centre is within walking distance which is very convenient...coffee shop, grocery story, pub, restaurant, book store, etc. However, the nicest beaches are a distance away. We did a lot of driving.

This was the first time we ever rented a VRBO. I had lots of questions, and whenever I emailed Ruth, she responded right away. The condo was just what we were looking for—quiet, convenient, and clean. This unit is close to the pool, which was great for when we wanted to get in some quick pool time. We were extremely happy to find a rice cooker in the pantry, as well as a crock pot. The garage had lots of beach and pool items, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Also, the close proximity to the neighboring shopping center with grocery store made it convenient to get groceries and other items. Would definitely recommend this condo to others and hope to stay again next year. Mahalo Ruth!!!

We have been staying at Na Hale for the past 6 or 7 years trying a different condo when possible. Our stay in K-2 was fine. We did indeed encounter many, many mosquitos. We never left doors or screens open welcoming them! The shower and toilet for the guest bedroom plugged. It was quickly handled by the attendant for the condo. Amenities were fine but would suggest paper plates be added along with aluminum foil. We also did purchase 2 umbrellas which we believe are needed for the beach and left them in the garage. The biggest surprise we found was the inability to lower the thermostat for the AC below 72 degrees after all we did pay an additional $15/day to have AC.

I truly couldn’t have chosen to stay in a better condo while visiting Hawaii. The location is out of kona town just enough to be quite and serene while giving you the option for a quick drive or 20 minute walk into town.The condo was immaculate and equipped with all the needed necessities for an island visit. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and more. A small gym, and a nice pool and hot tub. There is a shopping center within a couple minute walk with an amazing farmers market, movie theatre, grocery store, restaurants, and more. I would reccomend this place to anyone I know in a heartbeat.Thank you for opening up your lovely home for others to enjoy.Mahalo

Plumbing needs to be upgraded. Cable on both televisions are not working properly.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry about the maintenance issues that you mention.  We've been trying to contact you for additional feedback but haven't received a response to our emails and phone calls.

The cable company on island made some changes to the programming which effected our upstairs subscription.  We arrived on island just after you departed and have been able to replace the cable box upstairs to correct the issue.  The cable box downstairs did not have an issue when we arrived, but our TV/Cable start up can be a bit cumbersome if it is not shut off correctly.  We have instructions in the Welcome Materials, and our on Island Manager has walked a number of guests through the process.  If any issues are encountered, Tom, our Local contact, is extremely helpful and accommodating.

Since arriving, my husband and I have gone through the plumbing throughout the unit and we have yet to determine what you encountered. 

We are hoping to hear back from you to get more information to properly address any issue and will update this response if we do.

My family of four (kids ages 4 and 6) had a great stay at this condo. It is very large and clean, nicely furnished, had comfortable beds, large bathrooms and ample parking. It had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, which was very handy. The lanai was nice and the grass was great for the kids to run around while we barbecued. The pool was a few steps away which was very convenient. Very quiet and peaceful. It is located very close to a KTA supermarket and a short drive to the Sheraton (where you can see Manta Rays at night) and near the dock for the dolphin discovery snorkel tour. It is also close to numerous coffee plantations and Kona town, which was very convenient. I would recommend staying here!

K-2 is a very clean condo. I enjoyed my week there. You can hear a little road noise when the doors and windows are open. The condo is central to many wonderful areas that are considered must visit. The condo is also located to Captain Cook which houses many wonderful coffee shops. I had a conference at the Sheraton during my stay. The drive took less than five minutes. We had an excellent time over Christmas 2016 and New Years! The Townhome was exactly as shown in the video and the property was nice and tranquil. Every thing was well-kept and comfortable, and it made an excellent home-away-from-home during our week-and-a-half on the Big Island. It was well-situated to see some lovely sunsets from not too far away, and for some casual star-gazing at night. It's proximity to a shopping center was great as well, because it meant easy forays to the grocery store to stock up on plenty of Hawaiian goodies for meals, coffee, and the like. And, we enjoyed using the gym on the property too in order to keep those Hawaiian goodies at bay! We also loved all the benefits of the island in hearing the birds in the trees, seeing some geckos around, and the occasional mongoose! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!

We spent the week at your lovely condo. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived the air conditioning did not seem to be working well, but Tom took care of the problem the next day.

We came with a group of 24 people. We rented a total of 5 condos in the complex. All of them were very nice. The complex was fairly new and we were able to use the pool area one evening for a group get together.

The ocean and golf course view from our bedroom and living room was beautiful. We truly had lovely stay.

I stayed with my husband and two daughters, ages 3 and 10 months. Everything was nice and clean but not so kid friendly. I had a hard time bathing my girls because none of the shower heads are detachable. So I had to bathe them in the bath tub, which wasn't easy. Plus the water would go down the drain so slow when showering. We did find what look like tiny ants in the master bathroom by the sink. Once I cleaned that up, they never returned. This is a very nice townhouse. I loved that it didn't have any tacky decor. I would recommend this home to those without kids.

Lovely Vacation

We had a lovely time staying in Townhome K-2. My husband and I have stayed in other condos at Na Hale O Keauhou when we were vacationing with other couples. This year, since we were alone, we chose K-2 since it was a two-bedroom townhome. There is a little bit of "noise" from the pool (pleasant, kids-playing noise) and some traffic noise from the road that runs in front of the property. Initially, I thought that would bother me. After one or two days, I was used to it and it caused no problems (I am VERY sensitive to noises.) I believe that K-2 is the nicest townhome that we have stayed in at the property. It was appropriately clean, appropriately appointed, convenient, private, and comfortable. We are also very sensitive to cleanliness and felt that the owners and others who care for the home must take very special care to keep everything very clean and in working order. We were extremely pleased and very happy that we chose K-2 to spend our two-week vacation. Thank you so much and we do hope to come back.

Perfect for our needs

This Town Home was perfect for our needs. My husband my daughter and her husband shared this 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo. It was close to snorkeling and the downtown Kona area. The owner worked with us for our days that we needed it. The ability to wash some of our clothes and cook our meals made it convient for us. It was a beautifully kept rental. We would use it again if we came to Kona.

Very comfortable townhouse, has a large kitchen with all the necessary goodies. Very nice patio/lanai with a distant view of the ocean. Beach chairs were available, and there were two beach cruiser bikes as well. Bed was comfortable. Some road noise since condo is in the front of the complex but not bad. Nice grounds, pool etc. Only complaint was from the wife who felt the stairs were steep. Little spendy, we stayed at a three bedroom in the same complex last year at the same time of the year with our two adult kids and it was actually cheaper. You do have to have the front door open to get air flow into the condo.

You won't find a better place to stay while visiting the Big Island!

Everything about this rental experience was outstanding.The owner/manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the condo is modern and well maintained, and the views are magnificent. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bath is provided (dishes, small appliances, towels, etc.). You have a three-minute walk to the pool, a five-minute drive to a shopping center (with super market, drug store and several good restaurants) and about a 15-minute drive to the downtown Kona shops and beaches. You're well away from the hubbub and crowds of downtown, yet centrally located to everything. This was my second stay in the Na Hale O Keauhou complex, and both were exceptional. I am 70 years old and have pretty much traveled the world; I do not give rave reviews unless they are warranted. This place is worth a rave.

Ali Dr est la rue à voir à Big Island et nous y étions. Grosse épicerie et restos à 500 mètres, plages à 2 minutes, 15 minutes de l'aéroport de Kona. Exceptionnel !

Stayed for 5 days (2 adults/1 teen). The condo is very spacious, bright, clean, fully equipped (incl beach gear). Very comfortable and homey. There is one minor thing that could be improved. A/C is weak; it is strong in master bdrm, but weak in other areas; while MB gets too cold, other areas are not cold enough. The owners ask to turn off A/C when not in condo. We did that when we went to visit Volcano for 2 days; after we returned tired and ready for bed, the temp in the condo was 90+, took almost 12 hrs to come down to 78. Other than that, all was excellent, and would stay there again.

We immediately had the air conditioner inspected and serviced. We also established a regular maintenance program for the air conditioning, rather than waiting for issues to arise. We are relatively new to the warm climate, and had not factored in the need for regular maintenance on the AC unit.

What a great place! This was our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn't of asked for a more nicer place to stay. We loved it and it was equipped to the fullest. Will stay again!

Amazing Condo

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with this rental. It has a great view, the condition was excellent and it had lots of extra stuff. The location is close to everything but does require a dive to get to the beach.

So much better than a Motel/Hotel

If you are looking into staying at least a week, this is the way to go. We felt so much more comfortable in this town home than any other hotel/motel we have ever stayed in. It just gives you an "at home" feeling. We were impressed with the security and quietness of the environment, it is not too close to the town but not too far away either. It was perfect and we will definitely be staying here for our future annual trips to Kona for the Queen Liliuokalani Outrigger races. Thank you for opening your town home to us, we look forward to future visits :)
