Kona Coast Resort 7-106, Kailua-Kona Big Island

Deposit and Payment:

·        A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation.

·         Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.

·         A $500 security deposit is required with this reservation and we will process a credit card authorization in that amount prior to your arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo or contents, missing contents, excessive cleaning required after checkout or for exceeding the maximum number of overnight guests.

 Cancellations:

 ·          Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date can have the deposit applied to a stay with new dates at the same AlohaCondos.com property within one year of the original check-in date.

·         Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.

·         Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.

Cleaning Fees:

·         All stays have a check out cleaning fee $289.00.

·         Stays of more than 11 days have additional interim cleaning fees of $200 every ten days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged for three cleanings total - two interim cleanings and one check-out clean.

Check-In/Checkout:

·         Check-In Time is at 4:00 PM. 

·         Checkout Time is at 11:00 AM.

We can accommodate earlier check-ins or late check-outs when we do not have other parties departing and/or arriving on the same day. Early check-in is 6:00 AM or later while late check-out is 8:00 PM or earlier. The fee for early check-in is 75% of the daily rate. The fee for late check-out is 75% of the daily rate. 

Air Conditioning:

·         Every room has air conditioning.

General Policies:

• Smoking: The Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens is a non-smoking resort with designated smoking areas around the property. All condos are non-smoking units.  If you need to smoke, please do so outside of the condo.
• Pool Access Magnetic Cards: Please go to the Kona Coast Resort Office to obtain pool cards. You must show your ID.
• Parking: Please go to the Kona Coast Resort office to obtain a parking sticker to use at open parking spaces in the resort. 
• Occupancy: We allow a maximum of eight overnight guests in unit 7-106. With more than 6 guests, a $29 fee per additional guest per day is charged.
• Hurricane, Tsunami or Storm Policy: No refund will be given unless a mandatory evacuation order has been given by the National Weather Service for Kailua-Kona and the surrounding area. In the event a mandatory evacuation order is issued we will refund unused portions of rent, less non-recoverable fees, of a guest currently occupying the property.  We will refund any advanced rents or deposits collected, less non-recoverable fees, for a guest that is scheduled to arrive during the evacuation period.
