Beautiful setting

One of the first things we noticed when we walked in the door was the beautiful view from the ground floor. The condo is beautifully done in a nice setting and decor with very comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the ground floor so that we could... more walk right out onto the grass and direct views of the ocean. Each morning we would sit out on the lanai and drink coffee as we watched the sunrise. The ocean is viewable from the majority of the condo. We enjoyed our stay here immensely as it is fairly centrally located but yet removed from the hustle and bustle of town. The pool and courts are convenient and lovely and the barbecue pits are nicely placed amongst the buildings. The condo is actually well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and beach gear. I would suggest if you stay here looking through The kitchen before you actually go shopping if you plan to cook here. less

Fantastic location

What did I like about this condo? * Its location. It was right on the water facing west. Beautiful views and sunsets. It was also near shopping center, restaurants, local fruit stand, Magic Sands beach, and downtown Kona. Secluded location, but very convenient. * Well... more equipped condo. Owner provided beach chairs too. Beautiful condo and great patio. And grass/flowers out back. Very nice. Also, very nice having our own, assigned parking space. Never had to worry about where to park. * Plenty of room to accommodate 4 people. Two beds; two baths. Spacious. Only 2 negatives -- sound travelled very easily inside condo. Louvered doors throughout allowed sound to travel. And when using the A/C, the water pump was a bit noisy. Overall though, I'd go back and stay there in a heartbeat. Great space and location! Top Notch All Around!

Christine’s condo is awesome! We loved it and we will be back! For years visiting the Big Island, my wife and I would stay at the Hilton, but now with a little one, we need more space and want to be closer to town. We... more found this unit and it was perfect for us. Christine did such a nice job remodeling it and it’s furnished with everything you need for a family vacation in the islands. Our favorite part was the lanai. So many nights we just brought food back and watched the sunset from the condo...better view than any restaurant in town! And being on the ground level, our little girl could safely play on the lawn while we relaxed. Christine is also an amazing host. She’s extremely responsive and went out of her way to accommodate any and all requests. home away from home

newly remodeled and tastefully appointed, the beautiful condo was more than we could have hoped for. From our initial contact with Cristine to our meeting with Leslie, her local contact, everything was handled with competence and our hoped for ALOHA spirit. Our two weeks in... more paradise were wonderful and the location made us feel as if we were the only ones right on the ocean with humpback whales breeching in front of us. We are hoping to return next year for an even longer stay. We have been vacationing in the islands yearly for the last 35 years and this was a rival for the best stay. less
